  Horrible app. I made an account to see holiday reporting in my area. Keep track of *****************. Be informed of services people in my area used and didnt care for. However, they don't use a paid staff, they use community members to moderate post and threads. These people use bias opinions and report reviews of place's they like and use instead of allowing public opinions. They shame peoples opinions if they dont like them, against site rules. They make fun of lost pets, car accidents, deaths, others misfortunes, *********too movement. The promote personal views of public politics against site rules.

  I received notice that someone had accessed my nextdoor.com account. Since I had not done so, I tried to change my password. After resetting my password I was locked out. I sent a message to nextdoor.com to attempt to restore my access and was told that since I am on their *** offender list I no longer have access. I am not a *** offender and have never been on any offender lists. They said they "may be able to lift the restriction..." if I provide them a copy of a government issued ID. It's just not worth jumping through all their hoops to be a member of this worthless website.

  i belonged when i lived in **. when i moved it took YEARS to remove me from my old neighborhood address and people kept trying to contact me as a neighbor.

  I tried to delete my account. They wrote me back stating I needed to reply w/a statement saying I give Nextdoor permission to delete my account, which I did.Then, another agent messaged me stating b/c Id been suspended (once), they wont delete my acct. Only hide my info. In their words, as it is necessary for us to maintain this information for reasons that *** include maintaining the security of our platform, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and/or exercising or defending legal claims.So, as most of you know, its very easy to get suspended. I was warning my neighbors about a scammer asking for ********** reported me as being a bully. DONT JOIN THIS APP!! They wont ever let you delete your information!!!

  They disabled my account, with no notification of their action, when I tried to remove my last name for security reasons. There is no way to contact them by phone, or by message.Tyrannical Website. Stay away.

  This organization sent a flyer out to the neighborhood using my wife's name and address. We have never heard of this organization and have no connection to it.

  Nextdoor is only serving to promote cliquish behavior in my community and supports those who are bullying. Nextdoor has leads that are encouraging a band of bullies in my neighborhood to push out people they simply don't like. Comments such as "Move out of the neighborhood" are made by, and encouraged by the leads. Nextdoor does nothing about this and according to the leads, has been violating their own policies by sharing personal information about members the leads should not be privy to. Nextdoor has put people in my community who have a history of posting comments that bully and violate the guidelines onto the moderation team. This is unacceptable! Nextdoor in essence, is causing gossip and a non-inclusive environment at the community level.

  I was falsely accused of something (i have no idea what) and my account was suspended. I have never posted anything accusing anyone of anything of blaming anyone or been rude to anyone. I never received an email explaining anything. I went to look on nextdoor to find my account suspended. I have requall my information be rwmived from their website and application

  This company is a scam. It is nearly impossible to figure out how to cancel your service after you have signed up. There's no way to get them on the phone and very difficult to figure out how to even get a message to them.

  Terrible for business. Terrible. Theres no way to stop your acct, no one to contact, and it just goes in circles, looking for someone to help. What a waste of money and a waste of my time. I would not even give them one star.
