  Bias volunteer moderator that was not screened well by next door that has an ax to grind with other neighbors. Nextdoor refuses to take action against this moderator.

  I was shut down for three days to express my first-hand experience dealing with the police throughout my lifetime, my sons, and my family in general. I even asked *********** if he wanted to stop by to chat about it, and the next thing I received was an email that I was denied access for three days, like I was a child who did something on the playground, and the teacher sent me indoors a punishment. There wasn't any cursing, nor did I attack anyone. Nextdoor will not tell me specifically what I communicated that warranted this. I logged in to see if they provided a message here but nothing. I will post my grievance to the Better Business Bureau so folks will have a heads-up while using this site because this is madness to me. Enjoy your echo chamber. I'm out!

  Wish I could award no stars. Got sick and tired of seeing the same ad every third post, over and over, and totally irrelevant to me, and no way to filter/personalize ads. Cant block ads as irrelevant or offensive. Nextdoor does not care for user feedback, as it provides no platform for reviews, comments, filtering.

  Nextdoor is the true definition of systemic ****** and censorship hiding behind a keyboard. They will disable your account for so called violations of community rules (its really a neighbor that doesnt like what you said) but when you challenge the action the rebuttal is with their personal view to keep you restricted, and not the facts of the situation. My account has been disabled a few times because someone says something disrespectful and they end up getting a response because Nextdoor lags in its response time to a report for certain people and their content. Nextdoor has now disabled my account because someone has went through multiple post and comments and reported me. They dont flag this behavior as harassment, instead they just reiterate that youve been previously warned. They dont bother to look at the context as a whole nor do they offer the opportunity to appeal unless you just email the support. At this point they are violating peoples freedom of speech even when it does not violate their community rules and they are restricting what certain people can post versus others. If a crime is being reported for informational purposes you cant attach a video because according to Nextdoor people Might retaliate vigilante style and get the person wrong. That is the definition of a personal view and not a realistic fact as there is no previous incident to back that theory, but everyday someone post about some sort of crime taking place and put a video with it and its not removed, flagged, or account disabled. This app is biased and discriminatory.

  0 Stars honestly ive NEVER received more hate and comments outting my personal life. The Leads in my neighborhood are always joining in and **************** even LIKES the comments telling me to go home. WTF?! When my dog was sick people told me post a GoFundMe i even had pics and vet bills of my gaunt sick puppy up and those same people called me a scammer posting my private info and i got kicked off for using a fake name when they posted my FB name which is my middle name??? WTF again!!?? I even said at one point this is the reason people kill themselves bc it was getting so crazy and even that got removed. I even was attacked and the police did nothing but 4 of them came i posted pics and asked for help on what to do locally (im young in a new state on my own) and they removed for nonlocal topics??? i even REAPPEALED saying it was right in our town and it was denied! Thats not even the worse part, the guy found out i did that and made his own post with my name (which i didnt use his because of respect and i didnt wanna get in trouble for Public Shaming) and completely public shamed/degraded me and said dont get bit it will hurt forever w a ton of comments agreeing w him and it stayed up for a week i even reported it and they denied my report??? I have screenshotted all the horrible things said and forget trying to stick up for yourself in a kind way even because theyll delete ur comment so fast it makes no sense, i tried everything. This app is horrible in its term and conditions it even says you cannot do anything legally to nextdoor you basically cannot take them to court for allowing harassment even if someone were to hurt themselves because truthfully the things neighbors say to u if they dont agree w u will be so evil and hateful for no reason regardless if they are wrong. Ive been told i dont even get to have a freedom of speech on the app and they wouldnt even remove that comment but removed mine replying that i did bc its US. Guess not

  Negative 5 stars. intention is people need to lock vehicles and stop letting animals get free and removing fees.. it's every other post. It's not disrespectful. It's disrespectful to get a animal and then dump it and or to remove it cause you choose to get it and now it's a big inconvenience somehow. What is disrespectful is the people that keep wanting to flag and afraid of the truth. What's disrespectful is my freedom to express the truth. How would you feel if you were that pet stuck in 100 plus degrees and outside dumped or scared and not know where you were?What's disrespectful is the people that don't lock vehicles up and complain like it is the community fault. What do you think happens when you lock a vehicle and hide items? Less likely to get broken into or rummage through. Real issues then get banned. ***** area cry babies. Stay away from them and site if in *****.

  This app feels like we are in ***** and they control and censor everything! Even when you are trying to help your neighbors from danger. I deleted my account after being disabled because of a normal comment without anything harmful or offensive and my mom group is also deleting the app. We are all going to ********* X where we have free speech.

  They disabled my account for telling people not to utilize ***** or thumbtack that next door advertises because their a scam but to not believe my opinion just come to BBB themselves read reviews. Next door caters to the ******* of this world the ******* that have an option s***** or not about what people post. Nextdoor will make a grown adult look like total immature ****** that can't decide on a place to eat, or a house cleaner or how to live

  I've have not been able to use my nextdoor account. The verification code is not being sent to me email. I've tried finding a why to contact the company. There is no way to really contact them. There was a sight that was suppose to be if you needed help with next door. That sight wasn't working either. There is really no way to contact this company if there is an issue getting into your account.
