My nextdoor account was suspended twice for an offence I did not commit. I appealed the suspension and nextdoor claimed to had reviewed my account but they did not because if they had they would have clearly seen I was not guilty of spamming. I never posted the same thing more than once. The second time I was suspended I had only listed 2 items for sale. Any person who reviewed my account would have clearly seen this and that I was wrongfully suspended but they upheld the violation and my account is still suspended now I use next door has a way of selling items to support my family and next door has called me a lot of money not being able to list items for saleBusiness Response

********, the online neighbors website. Nextdoor does not monitor the Wildwood Subdivision ******** Mississippi moderators. They allow AI generated photos and Videos to be posted on the website. The moderators are using NextDoor to harass neighbors that live on *****************, ********, ***********. ******** is a vulgar online community that promotes hatred, lies, discrimination. I have grown to hate my neighbors. Next Door should be shut down.Business Response

I asked nextdoor to remove my business name and all info from their platform as I work full time as a mortgage ops specialist. Not only did they not honor my request it seems like my business page has been duplicated as a result. This platform is unprofessional and their service **** are beyond rude.Business Response

I believe Next Door is violating federal policies by not allowing me to unsubscribe completely from communications. I have not used their service or application in over five years and have unsubscribed from emails every six months or so since then. I repeatedly unsubscribe from all emails and end up back on their communications list under another arbitrary alert category in a few months time. These emails are spam and irrelevant. On 10/10/25 I was informed by a representative of the nieghbor hood app nextdoor that I was suspended for three days do to violation. I never violated any policy or guidelines. There is an appeal process but there is no response nore does it work. I have the right to keep engaged with others but I am denied that right the issue is the nieghbor who keeps backing into my vehicles due to his highly active vehicle repair practice that he runs out of his garageBusiness Response

They allow posts full of hateful and offensive speech stay up on their social media platform. It was flagged but they do nothing. Even ********** does not allow what they allow. Nextdoor goes against the guidelines they state for themselves.Business Response

Without knowing the context of what was reported, we can't really investigate the situation. What can happen is that a neighbor can report something and then we resolve it and they don't realize it's gone. If that's not the case, they should report it to Nextdoor Support.Initial Complaint

I was using Next Door / ************** app. Someone hacked into my account and use my name and address and posted messages.They now have become vulgar and frightening. As of 10-2-2025, I noticed that Nextdoor won't allow a new customer to recommend or fave my business or to give a review. They blocked my free business profile page, aswell me not having access to my neighbors activities. They said they offer free business promotions to allow a local business to build a local following through recommendations and reviews. Following the business model they set forward, I'm being punished, because of my neighbors referring me, despite me not paying for advertising thru them to gain referrals. I meet the standards they set forward for local neighborhood businesses, and they punish me by trying to force me to pay for advertising. Everytime I log on, it directs me to advertising. I don't think it's fair, when my neighbors want to recommend me to other neighbors. Why are they blocking my neighbors from me. It's not right.. ThanksBusiness Response
