    They illegally obtained my email address and private info like my address and sent me spam emails. No, I am not clicking the unsubscribe button from spammers. Please unsubscribe me and never send me another email.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    No, it is NOT true. They sent me spams asking me to join their network claiming that their network is available in my area. Only after I filed this complaint, they sent me another email that my neighbor wants me to join. However, this is also NOT true, because none of my neighbors know my email address. They are faking as if they are neighbors to allure users to join, which is illegal. Please simply apologize for illegally obtaining my email address and promise me that you will never do this again.

    As a new subscriber ** has suspended my account indefinitely because a moderator stated my real name is false. I've submitted my FL ID. They stated that I was using ****** ******* as my name which isn't true. I don't even know that person. By the amount of BBB COMPLAINTS this is common place. I have not broken any rules to date. I post good quality post of local issues that are within the guidelines. I know a couple of moderators feel that they own ND and that if you speak your mind and they don't like it, they'll conjure up an excuse to get your account tossed. This is a bias cherry picking tactic used to suppress my right to speak freely. I'm requesting my account be restored and that these moderators be admonished for treating a new subscriber this way. I understand that ** has a couple of stockholder lawsuits based on deceptive practices and stock number manipulation. Doesn't look good at all for this type platform. Once again validate my information before you listen to the Gustopo Moderators, who think they own ND.

    I signed up to use the Next Door app to connect with like minded residents in the ******* area where I stay often. I am what some may call a drifter, and I move about the state, doing odd jobs here and there. Next door moderators have abused their authority to squelch and mute me on several occasions based on my personal views and posts. They have recently deactivated my account stating that I am using a "fake name", and they demand I provide them with government ID or utility bills in my name. I have none of those items and have been a member of that site for quite a few years now, never being asked for any of this ID confirming data before now. I find this offensive. They are now demanding I provide them with paperwork to prove my identity. I do not have, nor am I legally required to have any of said documents per California law. I was attacked by one of their "Review Team" members and then after I reported the bullying behavior to ND, I was retaliated against and my account was deactivated indefinitely. I have sent emails to their headquarters and so far my complaint has been passed around from one member to another three times as if my complaint is some sort of "hot potato". Please either encourage ******** to follow the law, or fine them for what I believe is a violation of CCPA. Thank you. ****

    This person is a member of your review team, he is constantly hiding my content for being "disrespectful" one of my latest comments was a reply to a statement he made, I posted a laughing emoji and that was disrespectful. I comment on a post about our HOA and he send a posting about cyber stalking, police were called I was informed that he is spreading false statements. This person should not be on your review team. One of his friends send ****** comments, we report and the post is allowed. There is a lot more as well. All my posts dealing with his public form about our HOA are constantly being blocked a "disrespectful" something needs to be done with him.

    Neighbor has violated the guidelines and has been suspended. They've also created multiple accounts to try and circumvent suspension. Moderators don't suspend neighbors, only Nextdoor Support does.

    If a moderator is violating the guidelines, they need to be reported to Nextdoor Support.

    I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my experience with Nextdoor.com. I joined the platform after receiving an invitation, not on my own initiative. Recently, my account was placed in read-only mode. I contacted Nextdoor support, requesting they restore my account to full functionality, or, if they choose not to, delete my account. To date, I have not received a satisfactory response, and my account remains ************* addition to the unexplained account limitations, I have experienced gender-based discrimination on the platform, which I believe is contributing to my restricted access. Specifically, I have encountered repeated questioning of my motivations for posting as a female business owner and other negative interactions that appear targeted at my gender. I raised these concerns with Nextdoor, but they have not addressed the issue or ensured a fair and welcoming environment.Furthermore, I am troubled by a recent prompt from Nextdoor asking for my spouses or partners email address, as shown in the attached screenshot. This request raises significant privacy concerns, as I see no reason why Nextdoor would require my spouses information to maintain my account. This intrusion into my personal life feels unwarranted and invasive, adding to my dissatisfaction with the platforms handling of user ********** a platform that promotes itself as a community-building tool, I expect Nextdoor to provide a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Instead, I have faced account restrictions without clear justification, ignored complaints of gender-based discrimination, and received invasive requests for personal information.I am reaching out to the Better Business Bureau in hopes of facilitating a resolution. I urge Nextdoor to improve their support processes, address and prevent discrimination, and be transparent about the type of personal information they request from users.Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.

    This is basically a spam engine. Numerous, attempts to unsubscribe are unsuccessful.This "service" is unwanted and unwelcomed.

    We don't have an account listed at the email address. The neighbor can remove all email notifications in their settings, or deactivate their account and they won't receive anymore email from Nextdoor.

    There is not a valid reason for me not being able to log in. I used the platform for a year with no issues. Nextdoor is relying on false information to discriminate against me. The website is meant to be a public forum for neighbors to communicate with each other. I am not a danger, nor have I ever been, and a few people believing lies is not enough basis upon which to discriminate against someone. I will be filing a discrimination suit if this is not resolved.

    Next door has repeatedly removed my posts as spam. They state spam is repeatedly posting the same or similar content. But, another person shared my exact same post on multiple days and their post wasnt removed. In fact, its still up a year later.

    I am rejecting this response because.-If my post was a clear violation, why was the other persons posts not flagged? Nextdoor completely ignored the fact that the other persons posts were never flagged & our posts were exactly the same. You cant pick and choose who to flag and who not too. And since her posts were not flagged and are still up-my posts being flagged its a violation. Its only fair that my posts be allowed to stay up. If not, Its a very clear case of discrimination.

    Nextdoor Support doesn't flag posts. Nextdoor Support handles reports of neighbors violating the guidelines. If there are other posts that weren't flagged by your neighbors, you should flag them or report those neighbors to Nextdoor Support.

    I am rejecting this response because: Nextdoor violated my consumer rights by unequal enforcements of their own rules about spam posts. Because similar posts are not being moderated, the platform is not applying its rules consistently-which violates principles of fair play. It is not up to me, the consumer to report similar posts to my own that werent flagged by your company. The moderators of Nextdoor must apply the rules consistently & that was not done in this case.

    So in the past you couldn't call or email nextdoor. If you had a complaint, they say your moderator. How does that work when your moderator is biased and clearly doesn't like certain people in the community?Examples..A community member tried doxxing another and the moderator did nothing. A member stepped in and explained to the first member that police can be brought into the matter. This moderator is politically biased as well.He recently in the last month was prideful of perma-banning certain members he doesn't like. How do you have a moderator and no where to report them when wrongful behavior is going on? How is that 'safe '?Please advise.
