4 starsHad an art piece looked at to see if it was an original drawing. I must not have read the fine print on what they charge. I was fine with it because I got excellent service. I was able to call and spoke to someone who canceled my monthly service. Very nice company. The expert knew a lot about art and shared how to tell a print from a drawing with specific things to look for. Really great advice and I tipped him!

5 starsI cannot THANK the veterinarian enough! After days of laying around congested, listless and not wanting to eat or drink, he talked me through two recipes to help my cat. ********** would not see her because I did not take out Paw Plan with her this year. Within twenty-four hours, my cat was up, had energy and was seeking food and water. I and my husband can't say enough about the skill (especially sight-unseen) of the vet on the phone to diagnose and patiently call back several times to give me instructions. Happy Holidays and bless you! I see charges discussed below by other unhappy clients. There was nothing disclosed about any other charges after this one call for $33 ($5 for chat and $28 for vet consultation). I hope that is not the case; that would be very disappointing.JustAnswer

5 starsI was charged a total of $46 for the vet like the others below. First $1 fee which was clear but the main charge $31, I had no idea of. Then I tipped 50% and didn't stop and think what it was 50% of. Anyway, the fees are very unclear. I was surprised when I saw $46 debited from my bank. The vet, however, was wonderful and really helped my dog so although the costs were a surprise the service was fast and good and I'm grateful. This would be a wonderful site if they were more clear about the charges.JustAnswer

1 starI was told on the website that I was going to be charged $5 that was to be refundable but got charged $60 instead. When I called customer service they gave me the run around and said I signed a membership fee which was untrue and that the supervisor was busy and couldn't get back to me for another 30 minutes. They said they couldn't give me a refund until I said I was going to make a compliant on BBB and then miraculously I was able to get a "one time waiver." Don't fall for it!JustAnswer

2 starsScam. I have used in the past, and it doesn't work. The experts do not take the time to answer my specific concerns, they only pretend to to think they understand my questions and answer a different question, and I got transfered to another expert and I don't remember being told there would be an additional charge for that. At least, though, I was given a customer support number for the company that created the cellphone app I need information about. I haven't been able to get an answer in that phone number yet, though. It is Thanksgiving, weekend, though, so I hope I can keep trying and succeed when the work week starts.JustAnswer

1 starScam operation. I had to loose my credit card because of them. I was told i could get an answer for a fee of $1 and was immediately charged $46. They prey on people. I had to cancel my credit card because I did not hear back from them on time on my refund request. They have to be open and say what they are charging correctly.JustAnswer
