      The kind and patient technician was so professional and solved my problem. He was beyond patient and so kind! I am 80 yrs old and it was so confusing for me to solve my problem. But he encouraged me to just go through his instructions. I tried and he encouraged me to keep trying. I really cannot how patient he was! We tried his remedy several times and I would make mistakes. But he was just wonderful ! I thank him with all my heart for helping me solve my problem! It is rare these days for anyone to be so gracious to help an older person! He is a wonderful person! Soft spoken and kind! You have a very fortunate to have this very special technician!! ***** ***** 80 yrs old!

      Dr. ***** was very helpful. It did take a while for JustAnswer to find a doc available but it was automated to where the chat bot let me know that they would keep trying, and would text and email me when they got a vet online for me, so I didn't have to wait with the site page open. My question wasn't an urgent emergency at that moment so I was ok to wait, and they answered within 30 minutes or so. Very nice service, and Dr. ***** was friendly and informative.

      I received a notice from what I thought the *** asking me to sign into a government website so I found that very suspicious so I called a friend he said contact the *** and somebody there can tell you what to do and the young man that answered the call was very helpful descriptive as to what I should do or hadn't done but anyway issue was resolved and have had no more texts or emails from that site thank you for a job well done
