5 starsThe technician was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what steps I needed to perform to pinpoint the problem with my washer. He had enough experience to be able to look back and see exactly where he had seen this type of problem before. He knew the schematics of my washer, he was able to determine which part, on my model, was giving the problem. He was very quick with his responses. He had my machine diagnosed within 1 1/2 hours. I sent the part to be repaired and it is now back in my machine and running perfectly.JustAnswer

1 starI was looking for an answer regarding a heater question. The heater manufacture took my information and referred me to Just answer, mentioning that there would be a onetime refundable charge of $1. Just Answer asked for my credit card information, which I submitted. I was then switched to their customer service for my answer (which I had provided information to the mfg.). The customer service was a robot with automated/recorded replies. The robot kept me repeating the same information for 45 minutes with repeated replies and texts. My question was NEVER answered. My credit card was charged $37 for a membership fee that was NEVER initially mentioned during my first conversation. I finally got ahold of a human at Just Answer and mentioned that after an hour of trying to get an answer they could not provide one and I wanted my dollar refunded. I was then informed that there was also a $37 charge for the membership fee. This fee was NON-refundable.The JA rep. was rude, misleading and caught me in the Fee trap. I mentioned to them that I never got an answer or reply for their supposed service and would contact the BBB.Their service is misleading, unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Something should be done about this useless service. BEWARE!!!JustAnswer
