1 starIt was not made clear to me that this business was going to be taking $37 out of my account each month! I thought I joined for $1; nowhere did I see that there was a monthly fee ! This company is a rip-off, clear and simple !

1 starThis company is a scheme to get people that *** be in urgent or emergency situations and allow them to access an expert to ask a question for $1. Apparently a week after paying $1 and thinking everything is done it automatically signed me up for $46 monthly "membership" that I knew nothing about. I even looked back at emails and don't see a confirmation or anything from them electronically. I just spoke to someone on the phone to them know I was charged over $420 for one phone call asking if I should take my 1 year old to the emergency room and he sounded like a robot, over and over, telling me "the terms and conditions state no refunds". I asked if they are human beings and understand the CUSTOMER SERVICE part of things, but all he could do was cancel my membership. This is a complete scheme to get people, unknowingly, to sign up and then have a re-occurring fee for as long as possible until that person sees it on their statement and calls in to cancel. My daughter actually received no help at all and I ended up having months of trips to the doctor and ER by the way. So good job on getting away with charging me so many months while I struggled with my child's health. Shame on you!JustAnswer

1 starI applied to Just Answers for a $1 Question. The guy couldn't even answer the question, but It was only $1 so who cares, right? Well that was in April. My Bank just notified me if I was aware that I was being charged $34/month ($204 total) since April to a company called "Just Answers". I said no way. I didn't get any receipts or emails or anything about it. I called them and they said they would be happy in a nice Chinese voice to cancel the subscription they signed me up for. Because I sure as h*** didn't sign up for it. They refused to give back my money. Stay away from these rip-off artists!!! My next trip to *************, I am going to stake out there P.O. Box and I'm going to do some bad things to whoever picks up their mail. ScumBags!!!JustAnswer

5 starsI signed up for the $60/month lawyer answers three days ago. I'm sure I have already asked enough questions to make that payment worthwhile. I'm used to paying lawyers $350/hour, so $60 a month is a lot better. I hope I don't need them for more than a month, as I am in the middle of a situation in which I need a lot of lawyer advice, but if I do, the low price is much better than paying a lawyer by the hour. I'm thankful to have been told about this service. Two downsides about this website 1) It is not as easy to navigate as it could be. It is not self-explanatory. It is hard to know what page I need to be on in order to ask a question. 2) On every other subscription website I've ever been on, the charges are clearly presented as options from which you can choose. This website has you start asking a question and then sign up with your credit card for a per month fee, and it isn't super clear what your membership includes. The company needs to give us customers clear choices and clear descriptions of what is included in each membership choice. If you work for the company, please change your page to more resemble ******** Give us options and clearly explain what we're getting at each price level. And make signing up an option we have before we start asking questions. Like signing up for ******* before watching movies on it. We need to become a member and then ask questions, not ask a question and then wonder what we're paying for. And make it easier to see your past questions and conversations and to print them out for later reference offline. I hope you improve and that your lawyers thrive on this platform. 1 starDo NOT Give them your card information. They will deceive you with the way the payments work and then tell you they cant help you because it's suddenly non refundable. They dont care if you were ever show Terms and Conditions before you signed up, but they sure as h*** will spout them off to you after they steal money from your bank account. I do not recommend using their service unless you are ok with them just taking your money when they feel like it.JustAnswer
