5 starsHeat and air guy clearly and patiently walked me through adjusting the wiring on my HVAC non-proprietary circuit board to allow me to install a internet controlled Ecobee thermostat. Even though I made a couple of mistakes, he was patient with me and also gave me additional instructions and information about the use of test equipment and general information about my HVAC system. Overall a great experience that help me immensely.

5 starsAt first it was sporadic and *************** and I could not connect. We have lousy ************ due to 60 large trees in our yard.I never got a call back from ******.I then tried again and was called back by *** the heat and air man, I gave *** our landline number and it went very well.*** called me right back, we discussed my situation and *** found a replacement fan motor and capacitor that was just what was needed!*** also assured me that if I needed more help that I should call him back and he would assist me till I had my neighbors furnace ready for the upcoming Winter.The neighbor is 84 years old and has no family to help her, so I helped her with her Mobile home and yard.Thank you *** for your Help!????????????????????????JustAnswer

5 starsThe veterinarian that i chatted with was able to help me. They were able to help pin point my suspicious about the issues I had concerning my miniature pitcher mix and ********* kelip mix. Plus they were able to give reassurance to my husband who has never owned a canine before. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs help with their pets.JustAnswer

1 starYou practices are very deceitful. I was lead to believe I was paying a $1 fee, and I now realize thats what you wanted me to believe, three days later Im charged a $46 membership fee, that was canceled by me the same day, but was told that the $46 was no refundable.JustAnswer
