      just a ripoff took 44 dollars out of my account it wasn't clearly stated would not give a refund im unhappy and will never give them another dime ripped me off

      ******* went through the diagnosis methodically. We eliminated fuses and switched and determined the replacement main control board for the microwave was also bad. I got a second replacement board and the microwave is totally fixed. I paid a $5 sign up free, a $24 telephone chat fee and I gave ******* a $5 tip. I was then charged a $40 fee that I wasnt told about and didnt agree to. This stained an otherwise good experience.

      Gave me peace of mind! After my 2 year old pup ate a chocolate chip cookie that we had left on top of the counter, I was able to communicate with a knowledgeable Vet that was able to give me straight forward answers. Thank you so much **************

      We started off texting then he offered to call. DO THAT!!! I described exactly what had happened (the water line broke) and that there were NO lights coming on. He said that it was probably the control module where the electricity plugged in and had gotten wet. H e then went on to give me the part number and emailed me the repair video. I could not asked for anymore from him as he was a very nice understanding person. ****** **** is the first one I will call!!!

      I was worried because my little pug/chihuahua mix ate a menthol throat lozenge. I received a quick answer - luckily, the brand I bought was all natural so the vet wasnt worried about poisoning. He told me to monitor my dog and go to emergency vet if she developed any serious problems. She was fine (but naughty)! Great service!

      On 12/3/2022, I originally contacted NAACP for attorney questions and was transferred to Just Answer. Upon responding to ***** (Assistant) she informed me that there would be a $5 charge in order to get started. I paid the $5 only to learn that I was also charged $46 membership fee. I was NOT informed of additional cost. When supposedly an attorney texted me, they asked for additional money just to chat with them however they wouldnt provide a name. This I believe is truly a scam to take your money and hoping you dont catch it. I immediately cancelled the membership and request that the $46 be refunded.
