      Ive been having some legal Issues and I didnt know where to start. The lawyers answered all of my questions and lead me In the right direction. I saved money being able to ask the right questions before taking action.

      I went online to use Just Answer on a one time basis for a legal question on identity fraud committed against me. I understood I was to be billed for just the one inquiry but then they sent a **** for another month to my credit card. When I called them up and went thru all the waiting and telephone transfers they assured me they had cancelled my account. Then I got another bill for September. When I called them today they assured me that it was now cancelled and sent me an email confirming this. They refused to refund me for the two months they charged me. I have filed disputes with the credit card company now over the charges because they wouldn't do the right thing. The info I had requested was useless as well as I found out more on my own.

      Although the technician was unable to solve my problem, the speed with which I was able to get my total refund was amazing. I had a notification while I was on the phone with the JustAnswer assistant, from both JustAnswer and from my PalPal account notifying that all charges had been refunded and the monthly charge was dropped.

      It appears there's a $5 fee to join and you can cancel at any time. There is actually a $60 monthly fee and even though I canceled immediately my $60 isn't being refunded.

      I am so upset. I asked the vet a question on 8/27 thinking it was just $1 because that's what it said. Well they charged me $29. It was a surprise but I let it go since I did get to ask the vet my question. She was very nice and professional. Well it just now charged my account again today $29 more. I called and talked to 2 separate CS agents and they argued with me. They said no refunds, even if I haven't continued to use the service for the "membership" I didn't even know I had. I feel like this is very shady business practice and they are taking advantage of ppl that are upset and nervous about their pet. This is so wrong and disgusting to take advantage of ppl like this. They lure you with the $1 just so you put in your cc information. I can't believe it.
