      Justanswer.com is tricking the customers they so much want to help.I also fell into the $5 get your answer offer ON August 30, 2022. they have, but they have secretly signed me on a $60 monthly membership which they billed me for the same day. They also attempted to charge me on 09/30/2022, but thankfully **************** has caught this charge as a fraud attempt - you get it. Even **************** captured them as a fraud. I did not notify Amex about it; they just recognized it. Meaning they do this to many people. For justanswer.com, people who will get to read this...stop abusing the customers who claim to help. I am a business owner of a well-recognized brand and do a lot of eCommerce....when someone wants to sign me on the membership they show it to me very clearly....you know what ....i might have even accepted the offer if it was presented as such. Very rude, very unprofessional..customers out there. BEWARE

      When I signed up for an answer to assist with my pc I thought I was only signing up for $46 fee. I am a senior and was not aware I signed up for a membership. I just realized my credit card had been charged every month since the initial transaction. I sent an email to customer service asking for resolution and wanted a refund for all the additional charges that were charged after ***. They only canceled my membership. They can verify I have not used the service since the initial service.

      The technician was knowledgeable and caring. He found the answer to my question about a GE refrigerator quickly. My only complaint is a survey popped up in the middle of our chat and blocked me from communicating with him. I gave him a low rating then to get out of the survey but changed it later to 5 stars for him as an individual.

      Saved my kitty! My baby was not well and the online vet told me to get her to vet asap for labs on kidney function. She was in serious kidney failure. They had to flush her kidneys and give her an IV. She responded great, the vet was very pleased. Now she's home and much better. So glad for the advice, because I thought her insulin shot might be too high. It wasn't that at all. Wish this service had option for one time fee per question if you don't want a monthly membership. But it's very nice to have this resource.

      The Doctor promptly answered all my questions and put my mind at ease !! I was so stressed out and in fear but after speaking with him , he explained everything so well and told my not to worry !! I cant thank him enough!!!!
