      This company charged me $66 that I was not aware of. If I knew that they would charge me that I would have never left my details in the first place. It was also saying that the payment is fully refundable. I have been their client for about 10 minutes, just enough to understand it's not worth even the time spent and cancelled the membership. Now they are saying they will not refund the money. In short, they are charging you the amounts they do not explicitly say they will charge and do not refund these money. Not to mention that the service itself is not worth the time lost. Clearly a scam. Beware. Do not touch anything that has anything to do with them even remotely.

      I was worried about my cat's behavior and the vet listened to all the symptoms and urged me to go to the emergency room. The situation was more severe that I would've ever guessed. But the vet I talked to was super composed and helped be stay a little more calm in my state of panic while I described the symptoms. She was tentative and helpful and for that I'm grateful

      My problem seemed easy at first look. TotalTech gave up on it. A program wouldn't open, just ask to install over an over. ******************* quickly went through a check and realized what needed to be done. A 'clean' uninstall was beyond my *** but not his. It's no 15 mins. job. Even after the new install there was one more twerk. It's running well.I also was pleased that he told me when I could be away from the computer while he ran programs I've never seen.THANK YOU and KUDOS to *******************!

      I needed help with an unexplained rash on my arm. I was connected with a dermatologist who in a very short time was able to diagnose the issue which meant I could start fighting it, before I even get to my GP again!! All up it would have taken me no longer than 10 minutes from start to finish. To say I was very happy with using Just Answer is an understatement. Thx so much for the help.
