      Absolutely deceptive, They say they can help with problem for $1.00 and then it is $39. which I agreed to. However, when I checked my bank account they charged me $45. for a monthly membership which I did not agree to. When I ask for a refund they said sorry I agreed to it. I would like to have my $45. refunded. Others need to be aware this is a very shady practice

      Basically, false advertising, website claims that $1.00 will get you an answer, so you on providing payment information, it just happened I wanted to confirm the truth of this statement and of course , 35 years in corporate credit, was not waist of time. 30 seconds barely past and $28.00 charge appeared on my statement. I called 800 number and after extremely unpleasant conversation, I received email informing me that refund is being issued, but five days later no money. I AM SO GLAD THEY GRADUATED FROM THE ***** UNIVERSITY with honors. Be ware there are easy way to find most answers to your questions.t

      I was told a 5$ Refundable charge and was charged 5+28$ for a membership that I didnt agree to. I was looking for one answer and not a membership I was bamboozled and I dont like it I called immediately and then was told ok they will cancel it but then I get an email telling me that I wont be charged again....... I dont want to be charged at all.It was less then 20 minutes I filled out info on my question and paid $5 for the answer I never got and it wasnt refunded like they said and then charged me more without my permission I never asked for a membership

      I used Just Answer for a question about my phone. Like everyone else, I gladly paid the $1.00 and then after checking my bank account discovered I had been charged $46.00. I asked them twice to refund my money because I didn't agree to pay that much. I was told they couldn't refund the $46.00 because I had asked my question to which the answer was "restart your phone." I had already done that without asking anyone. I would like to resolve this issue because that money could have bought my groceries last week. I live on Social Security Disability and to have $46.00 less this month was difficult.

      Our dog ate some chocolate and before contacting JustAnswer we gave her hydrogen peroxide but she still wouldn't throw it up. The vet who answered our question was thorough - asking all the right questions - and then reassured us that she would likely be okay because she didn't eat enough chocolate to make her sick. He gave us a number of facts that let us know that he was knowledgeable about this subject. He then gave us a list of all of the symptoms to watch for just in case she needed further assistance, and he offered for us to chat again within the next 5 hours if we needed him again. We were reassured and the vet saved us from having to take our dog to a 24 hour animal emergency hospital on a Friday night! Our dog was fine and didn't show any symptoms of toxicity. BTW I just paid for the $1 trial and then cancelled my JustAnswer "membership" so that I wouldn't get charged again. But I do know that I will join again if I have a future need for an answer from JustAnswer!

      The help was outstanding, but why do I have to pay for repair advice on my TV, which is still under warranty?
