5 starsI was grateful this service was available. My dog **** ate an SOS pad, he threw up. **** has eaten things before a d we made a emerge trip to our Vet. But at night the ** is a 8 to 10 hour wait. I needed the answers that I got. By the next day **** was himself. Not happy about waiting 8 hours to eat but back to himself. Thank you!JustAnswer

1 starAbsolutely shady business practices. They lure you in through a live chat where they ask about your situation and offer to connect you to a specialist who can help you for the small price of a $1 refundable fee. Well once it takes you through to sign up for your membership you find out its much more expensive than you anticipated. Like many here I fell for the trap and in my panicked haste to find an answer, I subscribed. That would be fine if the experts they connected me with actually helped, but this expert was no help at all in answering my question and sent messages that were riddled with spelling and grammatical errors, making them unreadable. Just a terrible experience all around.JustAnswer

1 starThere billing is deceptive. When I began the chat on the website it said I would be sent to a link to ask my question for $5. A screen popped up and asked if I would like to join the membership and I escaped from that screen and was taken directly to a site to submit my info and my question. After which I was billed $5 plus and additional $60 and had been auto enrolled for monthly membership of $60! This is clearly bait and switchJustAnswer

1 starThe sign up and marketing funnel they use is unbelievably deceptive. I am a single dad and a great father to my 12 year old daughter. Last week the Harpy of a mother my daughter has is initiating a custody fight again on a sneaky angle that has some merit. I keep a very tight budget as my rent is steep for the great school district my daughter attends. I don't have the money for a lawyer so I am handling the case as my own lawyer(pro-se). After searching for some crucial legal advice online I stumbled across JustAnswer which is rated high on the ****** search engine. In a big red box it was advertised 5$ for a week long trial. Perfect, some cheap advice from experts that can help me with my case. So I sign up and ask a few questions that evening. I was a little surprised by some of the advice and ended up finding other information online that contradicted the expert advice proving it to be false. So I decide maybe not the right path to rely on with my daughter at stake. I cancel my trial that evening. Four days later I get an alert from my bank that I have been charged an overdraft fee of 25$. I'm very strict with my budget so I know there must be a mistake. I look into my online banking account and four days previous is a charge from justanswers for 60$???. I contact there customer support team and they explain the 5$ is a membership fee but once you ask a question you are charged the 60$ for a monthly membership. As I try to reason with them they tell me it was in the terms of service that I agreed to. I then ask do you realize how big your advertisement of a 5$ week trial was compared to the second step of terms of service? Told them I can't afford this and I feel very taken advantage of. Stonewall me continuously with I agreed to the terms of service. Now I am out 60$ for the membership fee and 25$ for the bank charge(total 85$). I am sick to my stomach right now thinking about how I really cant afford to eat this. Thank You JustAnswersJustAnswer

1 starSCAM! the site states they charge $5.00 for a text answer, which is supposed to be an expert. The expert told me to go to Amazon! Then I found there will be ongoing charges of $42.00 a month! I never agreed to that! Total Scam!JustAnswer

1 starThis company has false advertisement. The woman in the chat said I can speak to a lawyer for $5, I put my billing information in and they charged me $60! I did not want or need an actual membership. I feel scammed and would not recommend this service to anyone.JustAnswer
