      I paid the monthly subscription for a long time but didn't know how to use it till recently. In the past couple weeks I have had several items appraised for antique value - nothing of great value unfortunately but the responders answered extra questions when I wanted additional information. Two days ago I had my computer lock up saying ********* had locked it because of fraud. I sent the query to Just ********** and got an immediate response walking me through how to remove the scam messages from my screen.

      I called for help because my new puppy had eaten Styrofoam. When I 1st called I was connected to a secretary, She then connected me with an experienced veterinarian. Service was quick and he gave me excellent advice and this put my mind at ease. I have since put his advice to work and I have had good success with my puppy. They only charged me $2 and said it would be refunded back to me. I would highly recommend this service.

      Solved my problem on the first call, and emailed me the manuals and parts diagrams I needed. I will definitely ask for him first if I have another problem with this equipment. Also, he was very easy to work with, and didn't sign off until he confirmed my problem was completely solved.

      I had contacted *************** and ****** and did not get a response. But as soon as I contacted Just Answer I had immediate help and ***** walked me through step by step. I am not computer smart but ***** never judged me for that. I thank you so much for all the help and concern you gave me

      I had a question about my dog and asked the vet online and read on what I was going to be charged on before putting my card info in. It had never said anything about a membership and only about 1 dollar per text or whatever it was. This is the second month I got charged 30 dollars for a membership that I wasn't aware of. I called today to cancel and the lady over the phone wasn't letting me speak after telling her my experience with the charges. She was explaining the terms and still would not cancel it until about 4 or 5 times I had to cut her off and ask if she canceled it for me. I checked my emails and not one email stating anything about an active membership but received the one that I had canceled. They know they're scamming people with these memberships they're not aware of and still cannot help them resolve it or refund. Who would want pay monthly fees for this? No one
