5 starsHave used twice for veterinary advice. Very pleased with both responses. Needed advice on medicine prescribed after regular vet had closed. Second call was for help with older pet struggling to eat and drink. If your vet is closed on a weekend, this service is very valuable.Review fromrhonda S

1 starDO NOT request help from this company.I made the mistake of paying the $5 dollars thinking that was the only fee required and ended up paying for the full service.Be careful and read the site prior to submitting your credit card infor.They will not return your membership fee if you had made this mistake,This is why we are so leery of sites like this. I even called them asap and in no way were they going to return our money.You also get connected to someone who barely speaks english!!I should have come here first!!

5 starsI never write reviews. I reached out on a whim because my 11 year old golden doodle was in the stress and I was wondering if I should take her to the vet. I probably would not have but you recommended that it could be a life-threatening gastric torsion syndrome. You were right and it saved her life. I am so gratefulJustAnswer

5 starsI have a 9 month old dog that started making odd head and throat movememts after nibbling on a bug, and it was a weekend evening when no vets were open and there are no after hours vet services near me. I stumbled upon this website and was connected to ************ who allayed my fears after hearing the symptoms. It's sort of a bait & switch to learn that after payimg the $5 fee one would be subscribed to a higher monthly fee, and charged for it on the spot, but it's a small ptice to pay for the kind of attention I was given. Happy to pay $40 for an after hours vet call! My puppy fared well, too.JustAnswer
