5 starsAbsolutely the best advice I have gotten concerning my case. The attorney was extremely knowledgeable and spot on as to what I needed to hear. I wish I could hire him. I'm working with my second attorney and just can't get them to do what I feel needs to be done. This has been an answer to my prayers, and I hope as I pass this on, I can get this resolved quickly. 1 starTheir sign up charges are confusing at best, and false advertising at worst. If you "don't answer" for longer than 60 seconds in their online chat they disconnect you.JustAnswer

5 starsI was taking care of my sons corgi dog, 18 month old over the weekend, ***** is a playful Welsh Cardigan. She had developed a severe case of dysentery and diarrhea from the day she arrived on Friday. She was staying with us over the weekend. Sat night she turned for the worst. She was listless and had the runs every 2 hrs. It was very alarming. I reached out to this line at sound 2am my time. A response came within minutes and the recommendations were priceless. 5 starsIt is hard to find veterinarians that deal with exotic animals where I live. I was able to connect with one within 10 minutes of joining. Dr. **** was knowledgeable and communicating with him was easy. I had a treatment plan for my gecko within 24 hours. I am happy to say we are seeing a marked improvement since beginning the treatment . Unlike my other vets he has continued to check on Fils (Filbert) progress.I will definitely use this service again.Review fromKeith B

1 starI can see from the BBB website that Im not the only one who has been duped by Just Answer into paying for an unwanted and un requested subscription.My original interaction with Just Answer was positive and I understood a one time payment of $1 for the quick medical feedback.I was shocked to see two monthly payments of $46 also charged to my account for a subscription I never requested or ever receive any notification of from Just Answer.On calling their CS team they said this was the same as signing up to ******* and that I could not claim back these unwanted payments.They quite clearly have some non-transparent small print that allows this to happen.I thought the days of unscrupulous digital companies forcing you into unwanted subscription without any prior warning or clear advance warning of an upcoming charge were behind us. Just Answer are still laughing all the way to the bankJustAnswer
