1 starI'm appalled. I was on a chat with ****** to resolve an issue with a delivery that did not arrive. I was told to click on a form at the end of our discussion to have an expert weigh in. Well I inadvertently chose to join a membership for 45$! A month! to JUST ANSWER. Oh my gosh. How do they do this? I was told it would be refunded. And when I asked the "womanAI?" if that was correct she stopped the inquiry. I went to cancel the membership immediately and they charged me 45$ anyway! With no answer but then a guy came on and gave me info for resolving my issue ( they had to make good then about solving something) . ****** could have done the exact same thing. Anyway when I questioned the whole thing it looked like he was going to say more but he was gone. I am quite frustrated. Couldn't get clear answers from ****** about getting charged 12$ for something I never received and end up with a bill for 45$!!Review fromRobert M

5 starsMy contractor was trying to convince me that he could install my flooring by hammering staples down onto the subflooring. Plus he had damaged the subflooring and wasn't going to level it out. That didn't seem right to me so I asked Just Answer and they verified that I was correct and had I let this contractor proceed it would have ruined my floors and voided the warranty on my $25,000 flooring. Absolutely worth the cost to join. It saved us thousands of dollars!Review fromTeinna D
