4 starsThe attorney I spoke with was outstanding; thorough, and thoughtful in his research and responses. The only thing I absolutely didn't like was the inability to speak with a human regarding a few questions I had after the encounter. There only is a chatbot that had no clue as to what I was asking. It wanted me to set me up with an expert when I stated that I couldn't find a way to tip this attorney. When I finally found how to accomplish this, the transaction didn't proceed because my bank account balance was too low. After transferring money into that account, I wanted to know if JustAnswer would automatically attempt the transaction again, or if it was safe for me to try again. No humans to talk with. FAQ was useless. I took a chance, and sent a tip again, and hope I won't be charged twice.Review fromJill T

5 starsMy attorney understood where my issues were and was able to provide me all the supporting information I needed to move forward or take action. Just answer legal resources is well worth the money to have access to so many different kinds of attorneys for a low monthly fee.Well, I understand that it cannot be construed as legal representation, I always have the right amount of information to make decisions on how or if to move forward on a particular matter.Review fromPeter F

1 starI was seeking help solving a problem with our dryer. I paid $48 for an automatic membership, but thought I was paying $5 for an online chat (very sneaky). The "technician" was completely useless. Had he walked me through putting the dryer in diagnostic mode, the error code indicating the failed part would have been instantly available. Not only did I waste my time on the phone, I replaced an unnecessary expensive part. I do not recommend this service. They do not have good people working for them.
