    Im a paying customer on *******. I have given it one directive. Stop asking me how I want it to respond. I finally have it giving me straight forward direct answers. But at least once a week Im asked how I want it to respond. When I call the system on its failure I get the same weak apology and a promise to not do it again. But every week like clock work I get asked. Make the system respect what I have told it and make it stop asking me the same question every **** week.

I already filed an earlier complaint against OpenAI regarding the wrongful suspension of my account, but since then, I have received no meaningful response. All Ive gotten are automated messages, and no human has reviewed my case.The suspension was unfair, and OpenAI has shown no willingness to resolve it.     Since Aug 12, 2025, when contacting support (by email), the email just goes like "Case Id", then with gibberish or random code, then goes to the topic name of the email I sent them. To be clear, I do have a picture below. So when I sent them a email saying there's a bug on ChatGPT with the topic name "I found a bug when opening ChatGPT" in the email (note that the email I used is ********************************** (not my email address)) and sent it, it just sends it to a new email instead of replying it as a way to reply a user. In the picture, it shows the topic name "Case Id ****************** I found a bug when opening ChatGPT" instead of "I found a bug when opening ChatGPT" in the same email. So when I replied that message, it just sent it to a another email also saying the same topic ("Case Id ****************** I found a bug when opening ChatGPT") and then it just repeats on and on and on. Now I don't know how this happened but this is considered spamming for me and other people. Imagine trying to find a email from somebody with hundreds of separated OpenAI emails like this. Also, there are other issues. After Aug 12, 2025 (again, the date could be wrong), the email ********************************** redirects the email to *************************************************************************** and there was no warning of the email changes about any of these that I mentioned. This means that OpenAI is changing the email system to spam users whenever a user responds (again, when a user responds, a new email (separated email) appears about the same topic). And since then, my inbox got full of these due to OpenAI's new email system and I couldn't find the email I wanted (sometimes even when I'm using the search feature)

    ChatGPT keeps malfunctioning and getting confused with very basic English commands. I've tried repeatedly to contact OpenAI but keep getting redirected to an obsolete chat that tells me to log in AGAIN after I've already logged in. No way to contact OpenAI. Finally managed to cancel my subscription but would like to make sure it stays cancelled. Wound up using ****** and ***** instead since ChatGPT struggles with basic commands. Can't use. Not functioning correctly and takes more time to use ChatGPT than Googling it myself. Would like to request a refund for the months for which I was subscribed. Can't access my billing but I've been subscribed since May.

    On July 23, 2024, OpenAI charged my account for two subscription seats through August 23, 2024. On August 10, I reported a documented service failure (GPT-4o model access removed without notice, with OpenAI support acknowledging this as a known issue affecting multiple accounts).When I expressed frustration with their request that I provide evidence of their own acknowledged service failure, I requested subscription cancellation. Instead of offering to resolve the technical issue, OpenAI immediately terminated my account access on August 10 - 13 days into a paid billing cycle.Issues:Improper billing practice: Accepted payment for services through August 23 but terminated access on August 10 with no prorated refund Data hostage situation: Complete account termination prevents access to my own data, conversation history, and files necessary for migration ******************* termination: Account closed immediately upon complaint, rather than attempting service recovery I am seeking either: (a) account reactivation through the paid period ending August 23, or (b) full refund for the unused service period plus reasonable data export access.

    What Happened: I am a paying ChatGPT Plus subscriber. On August 7, 2025, OpenAI introduced a limit of 80 GPT-5 messages every 3 hours for Plus users. After hitting the limit, the service automatically switches to a mini version of GPT-5, which is noticeably less accurate and capable. This change was made after I subscribed and significantly reduces the value of the service Im paying for. Before this change, I had unlimited access to the full-quality model during my subscription period.Why This is a Problem: The downgrade happens mid-conversation, breaking the flow and making ChatGPT feel less useful for extended or complex tasks. This is a material change to the product without adjusting the price or giving users a choice. It feels like Plus subscribers are being pressured to upgrade to a more expensive plan.What I Want: Remove or significantly increase the GPT-5 usage limit for paying Plus users. Or, restore access to other full-quality models (such as GPT-4o) so users have a viable option after the GPT-5 cap.

    Dear BBB,I write this revised complaint to bring your attention to routine use of terrorist language through Chat GPT at Open AI.I tell the system I am not something in the chat, and it still pathologizes me. It also routinely uses language about cutting, surgery, incisions and other forms of violence. I am keeping a log of evidence and can furnish that. I am a paying subscriber to open AI for at least 7 months+. This behavior serves no legitimate purpose from the **** I ask you to simply send this letter and ask Open AI to stop using this type of violent or pathological language with AI, and keep it dry language strictly for reasoning.     I am requesting a full refund of $21 USD for my ChatGPT Plus subscription (July 13 to August 13), as the image upload feature was disabled for over 24 hours without prior notice.This disruption occurred during a critical period I had set aside for personal work, and it directly impacted my *************** addition to the refund, I am seeking compensation for the time lost and the extra effort I had to spend documenting the issue and submitting this complaint.This misleading behavior worsened an already unacceptable service failure.

    I am filing a complaint regarding an unresolved billing issue with OpenAI (ChatGPT). I cancelled my ChatGPT Plus subscription on August 1, 2025, and was told that a full refund would be issued. However, as of today, I have not received any refund.Even more concerning, on August 6, 2025, my card was charged again without my authorization for another monthly payment of ?****** (approximately $20 USD). I did not resubscribe or give any consent for this second payment.I contacted OpenAI support via email. They acknowledged the issue and said it had been escalated to a specialist, but I have not received any resolution or timeline for the refund.I am requesting:A full refund of the original charge and the second unauthorized charge.Confirmation that my card has been removed from their billing system.Clear communication and closure on this matter.
