5 days ago (June 28th 2025)I was banned off your platform for association with a user I was in a group chat in where when I was asleep they sent something (according to other members was questionable) which was flagged by your PhotoDNA system which banned everyone who interacted with the user prior I had no involvement in what he sent nor did I know he was going to send such vile material and I do not condone what he's done If I knew earlier about his actions I wouldn't have affiliated with the aforementioned user beforehand I wasn't aware of such behaviour when I met him and I have since cut ties with him I'd appreciate if you'd look into it again Thanks! Hello, my name is ***** and I want to report my problem regarding my Discord blocking.05/18/2025 at 22:30 my account was blocked due to "Child Safety" and given the context and circumstances of my situation, to which I have nothing to do since this is someone else's business, I tried more than once to justify myself to Discord support on their website.Immediately after the blocking, I filed an appeal through the official Discord website. However, like all subsequent appeals, it was automatically closed with the status "Completed" without any response. I made repeated attempts to get a response from support by opening new tickets, including on the topic of ignoring. In one of the tickets, the support bot confirmed that the request would be forwarded to the appropriate department, but it was subsequently closed 2 days later without a *********** date (July 2, 2025), I have not received a single official response regarding my situation. I have repeatedly attached a description of the events, a full and minute-by-minute chronology, arguments in my defense, and expressed my willingness to bear responsibility in a reasonable form, such as a temporary block.I have been using Discord for almost 5 years and had literally recent practice before the blocking of reporting problems in the mobile application, a sincere desire to improve the quality of service that I myself use.I ask for a proper consideration of my case, as well as an official response to me, and not ignoring and using bots for such complex issues. Hello, I received a response, but I believe it is automatic and does not reflect a real review of my appeal by a live moderator. My case is sensitive, and I believe it requires an individual review with the participation of a Discord support representative.
I did not commit intentional violations. I admit that I was negligent and irresponsible, but I am remorseful and ready to accept a reasonable and realistic punishment in the form of a temporary ban for 1-2 years. The most important thing for me is the ability to use the Discord application again in the future.
I am open to dialogue and ready for any compromise to resolve the situation. I ask for assistance and support in establishing contact with Discord moderation, since the current response from the company is a template auto-response, and not the result of careful consideration.
As you indicated: Everyone should have realistic expectations and come to an amicable solution.

I have always been an honest person, and if you check my report history, you'll see that *** consistently reported harmful users on Discord, especially when it involved child safety concerns.
I sincerely ask that you reconsider your decision, as I am a victim in this situation and others have also been targeted by this same individual. I can even provide evidence to support this. On the night of the 25th and on several other days, multiple users were banned due to similar messages, but theyre too afraid to appeal because they believe Discord wont help them. I can show you proof of this as well.

I am rejecting this response because:Ill say it again: it was a person who sent this photo and if you actually reviewed it, youd see that its a screenshot taken from a stream. This person enjoys hacking accounts or forcing others to send it, otherwise they get hacked or even doxxed.
And this isnt the first time!
Once again, on June 24th, 25th, and 26th, multiple accounts were banned because of this same image!
If you just looked properly, if you were really trying to protect us, then please, make the effort and check the accounts banned on those days, around the same times especially in ******!
Many people didnt report the problem because they believe Discord wont respond or will only reply through bots.
Please reconsider your decision and try to help us instead. Our information is being stolen, and were not even protected by the ones who created this platform?
Go look at my account. Check my DMs with that person, the message requests I got they were about to dox me. Also, check the servers I was added to in the past, the ones I left and deleted because once again I was forced to do things on webcam or else Id be doxxed.

Hi,I've given so many emails and photo proof that I was part of a mass reporting raid because some person had issues with a server owner that I haven't spoken with at all and from a server that I have talked in, in a long time.The item I was banned for was for child safety and I understand that Discord takes that seriously, But I assure you that I would never, in my entire life want to bring harm to children let alone anyone.I was not threatening children or asking nor giving out inappropriate photos of myself, or others. I was not endangering myself or the person I was speaking with seeing as it was a joke and it was three months ago. And I feel as if, if their support was truly trying to take it seriously, I feel like they would have warned me when I was sending it. And if they had warned me, I would have apologized for what I was doing and would have stopped it.And I also find it irritating that I was banned over one small joke but so many of their users do so much worse almost everyday and most of them still have their accounts standing.The safety team has done nothing but just copy and paste the same emails over and over while I desperately try to fight for my account that I have had for four years and that holds countless and precious memories I have made with people and all of that was taken from me over a mass report raid.That account means so much to me and it hurts that I lost everything just because of one person that had issues with a server owner that I don't even really know all that well. I am rejecting this response because: I am the user diivinityy that was banned in May. Every single one of my appeals and tickets get ignored up until discord's ai system gives me the same message I always get.All I have done was jokingly flirt with my close friend. And even if jokingly flirting was against their terms of service or community guidelines, my friend and so many others would have gotten banned as well. So I do not accept this at all and I need that account back since I was the only person banned from flirting as a joke but other people that have done way worse still have their accounts.

I am rejecting this response because:I am addressing BBB as well as discord when I say this. Discord needs to actually read the things they get sent and needs to respond to them on their own. They almost never try to talk to their users and only make the ai respond. The message they are responding with is just their ai system. I have such a strong feeling they only reply with their ai and wait until an account gets deleted so they don't have to help.
I've done research around child safety bans and whenever it is truly against child safety rules, they remove the content that violated the rules, if it was text or a photo sent they delete it and they won't allow for the person banned for it to go onto their account, which is not the case for me at all.
All the things I sent are still there, my account is still up and last time I checked, a jokingly flirt between two teenagers wasn't illegal like how they are trying to say it is.
And it can't be that they are 'to busy' to delete the things I said because for 1, they waited three months to try and do anything. If it was as bad as they are trying to say it was, I would have gotten in trouble months ago. And 2, It said that they delete whatever you said when you get banned if it was truly against child safety.
So I am asking again to reinstate my account since I didn't truly go against child safety rules.

My discord account that I have had unblemished since 2018 was banned from discord for a policy violation that has no basis, proof or explanation. I have reached out repeatedly on DISCORD SUPPORT and get auto reply each time. I have reached out to fellow members of the discord community who advise to request a HUMAN BEING APPEAL. I have done this 5 times in three days. Nothing. I am being targeted by an AI robot because of a third party association with a gaming group member who may have violated policy.
