Discord has temporarily limited your account for spam and/or platform abuse. Our anti-abuse measures may have flagged your account for any of the following behaviors:
Sending a large number of direct messages in a short span of time
Participating in a server dedicated to spamming Discord
Selfbotting
Taking other actions on Discord for example, joining a ton of servers faster than humanly possible
Using third party tools to automate gift redemption, such as for Nitro gifts
Attempting potentially fraudulent activity
While we understand you may not have malicious intent, we have to protect Discord as a whole, and this behavior can hurt Discord and its users.
You may have been prompted to reverify your account. Completion of this process will lift the limitations that have been temporarily applied.
Additional instances of spam and/or platform abuse, including participating in any of the behaviors listed above, may result in a permanent account ban.

I am rejecting this response because:I was not unbanned, I was banned for false reasons as well.
One of my ban reasons was for ban evasion...
I included a photo of the reasoning, first I will say I wasn't even talking about discord in the picture I was talking about roblox.
Second I wasn't talking about myself I was talking about someone else.
Thirdly, if you look at the picture IT DOESN'T EVEN SAY ANYTHING ABOUT A BAN.
I also have 4 other bans that say I had spammed people.
But there is 0 evidence that I have spammed at all I don't understand I have been without my account for 7 months I did not break any rules intentionally and the ones there claiming I broke aren't even accurate please help me.

Hi. I got banned from discord on all my account for ban evasion but I was not banned before I did. 2 months ago I was banned from discord which then got lifted after I appealed. Im filing this complaint because I was falsely suspended from Discord in June 2025, and despite multiple attempts to appeal, Ive received no clear explanation, evidence, or fair review. The suspension was sudden and based on vague claims of violating Discords Teen and Child Safety Policy, a serious and deeply upsetting accusation that I firmly deny. I have never engaged in, posted, or supported anything even remotely related to that kind of content. I believe this may have been the result of a false or malicious report, yet every response Ive received from Discord has been automated and unhelpful. Im simply asking for a human to review my case, provide actual evidence or context for the decision, and give me a fair chance to clear my name. Hi BBB, this complaint is about how I got my account falsely suspended by discord.I do not receive any specific reasons about how I broke the rules of child safety and I believe that I have been caught in discords spam filter which is utterly unfair to what I really didnt do anything wrong.Discord has been sending me off with bot replies and ignore my requests when I tried making a couple of appeal requests. Hello, I am typing this complaint to Discord about a false termination for child safety. 2 months ago I was permanently banned from the platform for "Child Safety" but the messages shown were not in any way a violation. The messages that were flagged were "Yor right..", "Whos the jaker.. and who's crazy fro..." and another violation without proof of a message. The messages I typed and got banned for are false, and clearly sent to a friend. I believe the ** moderation of Discord is flawed, as it detects false positives and bans innocent people such as myself. This account is extremely and very important to me, as it is the only account I have where I can talk and socialize with my friends, and having it lost is very devastating. If you can unban me and return my account, that would be very helpful and I would be extremely grateful.Business Response

The account banning occured in a Discord server called "Niyaniya" around June 25th 2025.A ********* entered the server boasting about the fact that they are attracted to real life children, claiming they are harassed and trying to argue that pedophilia is not child abuse. They argue that he is just like us when we are not. We like anime characters while he does not. I (named Shupogaki's Tunnel Corrector) fight back saying it is child abuse and eventually get him banned from the server.Shortly after this, I find myself being banned for Child Safety. I do not understand exactly what caused this, but it may be a spam report done by the ********* to take me down as well. I do not send inappropriate images to under 18 people, groom, send CSAM or other awful things so it was shocking to get this ban.Following the ban, I file an appeal at ********, yet I get an automated response with no way to talk to a human saying my ticket was updated and claiming my account was "temporarily suspended" despite it not being the case. I replied to the email as said, attempted to contact Discord at ******* and each resulted with no response from Discord, leaving my account permanently suspended with a false reason and no way of contacting a human to review it. I only have 30 days to appeal or I will lose my account which I had for years and do not want to lose. I met very cool people on it and the fact that an awful individual can exploit the system and ban anyone he wants is a problem.Business Response

Discord did NOT respond with a human review, instead a response being automated by a robot. The response is the common generic response given to all users indicating that a human review was not taken with the care stated on their website. It also was done immediately after a BBB complaint was filed and not done when the appeal was sent implying that Discord does not care about actual appeals and gives a fake response when it can make them look good.

I feel that a person has not actually stopped and taken a look at the situation of what happened before I was reported. My account was hacked by someone. The screenshots prove that they tried to blackmail me to give up my 6 digit security code. I managed to recover the account on my own but then less then 48 hrs later I was reported and banned. I spent the last week trying to get in contact with someone and only getting automated responses. I believe I was revenge reported because he didnt hack anyone off my DMs and got nothing out of me.
