I was tricked into downloading a malicious program, thinking it was a game beta. I was hacked, and the hacker wanted money. I refused, turned off the internet, and reformatted my computer. The hacker still had access to my Discord account and ended up sending CP (child pornography) to my colleagues in recent conversations, resulting in my account suspension. I tried to contact support, but I was ignored. I submitted 11 tickets in total, with no response. The incident occurred on August 26th, around 9:00 PM. I have proof of the incident, which I did not send. My Discord username is "1boya," ID is "******************," and my email is the same one linked to this account, ***************************** The tickets (in order from first to last) that were marked as resolved but were not are: #******** , #******** , #******** , #******** , #******** , #******** ,#******** , #******** ,#******** , #********. They simply didn't see my evidence... The hacker simply accessed my Token and ended up sending CP to recent friends' chats. The screenshots sent are in the Discord group and on ********, announcing from my friends that I was hacked! Your support team is simply an AI or bot sending an automated message. Is there no way I can speak to a real person to explain?
I sent the evidence again...
The first piece of evidence is one of my colleagues, the owner of the server I frequent, and also the one who received the **** images, warning everyone in the group that I was hacked.
The second piece of evidence is me notifying my colleagues' ************** that I was hacked, and one of my colleagues warning that the hacker sent **** images.
The third image is the hacker trying to change my computer's administrator settings so I couldn't do anything.
And the fourth piece of evidence is the hacker trying to access my email from **************, even though I live in *****

Around late May or Early June, I was falsely banned by Discord for "Child Safety." The bot banned me for talking about a game called Cyberpunk with my friend. Shortly after, I appealed but they continuously gave me a bot response every time I appealed. They marked my ticket as "solved" but my accounts were never reinstated. I think that the ** moderation made a mistake and these accounts that were banned were very important to me. They had memories with other friends and messages with old friends that passed away. I did not act against the Discord ***************** I was simply talking about a game called Cyberpunk with my friend and Discord banned me for a misunderstanding. The banned message said "Screenshare CP" which was not meant in a malicious way, it was meant as an abbreviation for Cyberpunk. I have been falsely suspended from Discord for supposed "ban evasion." I do not have any other account that has been banned, and this penalty has been falsely laid on me. The company has been incompetent about my situation, saying that I got banned for "spam" while I have not. I have also pointed out that I want a human being to review my support ticket because the ** keeps saying I got banned for spam, and I got the same ** reply again saying I was banned for spam. This complaint is being filed because my Discord account (Tortillaaa) was suspended on August 23, 2025 for allegedly violating Discords Child Safety rules.I understand now that I made a serious mistake. I shared an AI-altered NSFW meme that Discord interpreted as a child safety violation. My intent was not maliciousit was meant as a misguided joke, and I deeply regret sending it. I take full responsibility for my actions and will not repeat this behavior.After my suspension, I submitted three support tickets (one on the website and two within the app). Complaint ID: #******** Hello Discord Support,My account was permanently suspended on 07/16/25 for alleged child safety violations. This action was triggered by two messages: one being a joke (which I clarified was a joke immediately afterward), and the second an apology. Neither contained any child safety violations nor intent to harm, yet my account was automatically flagged and banned.The context is important: I had been friends with the reporting user for over a year. After a small argument, she began a cycle of blocking me, then unblocking me, only to throw slurs and block me again. Eventually, she and her friend coordinated a mass-report campaign against me. By exploiting Discords automated zero-tolerance systems, my messages were falsely flagged as a child safety concern, when in reality they were harmless and non-violating.This outcome is deeply unfair. I have always abided by the ToS and Community Guidelines. I have previously reported serious violations such as underage users and explicit content, resulting in the removal of harmful users and servers. To now be punished under false pretenses after helping maintain Discords safety undermines trust in the fairness of the platform.I do not consent to an automated response. I respectfully request that a human Discord ************** staff member review my case manually, including my message history, so the truth is evident. If after human review you determine the suspension should remain, I will accept that decision. But I will not accept the verdict of an AI system acting without context or nuance.Please treat this as a formal dispute of my suspension. I actually ran a complaint through the BBB before, in which I detailed that I was unjustly banned and provided false/inconsistent information. Through that complaint, my issue was solved - but they've done it again, and without even providing a reasoning for my ban when requested to do so. Since my prior reinstatement, I have been especially careful to abide by the Discord terms of service, so I'm lost as to what I could have possibly done. I believe I was once again falsely reported by a disgruntled server member after I had banned them for posting sensitive/disturbing content.Again, Discord is providing conflicting information to me. I am being told that my account was temporarily limited, whereas in-app it is designated as a permanent suspension. This time, the potential offending message has not been shared with me at all, even after I requested it. A prior violation was also used to justify this suspension as well, one of the violations that had been previously disputed and cleared. In fact, the message regarding that prior violation no longer even exists, so I'm unsure why it was brought up again after it was cleared as a misunderstanding.I have since backed up much of my information in response to my prior false suspension just in case, but now the issue lies in re-networking with many peers that I do not have contact with otherwise. Many jobs have been locked behind this suspension, costing me income.I would like to speak with a human representative of Discord's support team and trust and safety team, in which I would like the offending message to be detailed to me. I am rejecting this response because:I have so far received only automated responses regarding my account, registered under ****************** I have submitted multiple tickets, some of which were marked solved without any reply. After my prior suspension and reinstatement, I believed these issues were resolved, and that I was proven innocent, having been subject to a mass-report attack on me and my server. I have always been very vocal about my support of the safety of children on the platform, contrary to what Discord appears to be accusing me of, and I have been very careful since my reinstatement not to say anything (such as potentially problematic abbreviations, like CP for Checkpoint or Creator Points, as this was the issue before) that may possibly be misconstrued as against the Terms of Service of Discord. At that time, I was cleared of wrongdoing. To now be suspended again, with no explanation, feels targeted.

I firmly believe I have not broken any rules. At present, I cannot dispute your claim because none has been provided. I am formally requesting both reinstatement of my account and a clear explanation of the reason for my suspension. I genuinely do not know what I have supposedly done, as this has not been provided to me. Provide me with exact reasoning. Was my account reported directly, and Discord considered some part of my profile problematic? If so, I can change it upon request. Was a message reported? In this case, which one? In all of my review of the Discord Terms of Service, I have not found any messages I've sent between my reinstatement and now that are against them, but if I am mistaken, provide the message so that I may take steps to avoid sending similar messages. Was it another reason? I am of age to use Discord, if that came up somehow. Let me know. I am completely in the dark this time. I understand that work is difficult, but I will remain persistent until this issue is resolved; you have stated your duty as a company to provide proper information in the Terms of Service, and I believe that clause has been avoided.

I will submit a new ticket on the Discord support website alongside this rejection, though I do not have faith that it will be looked at. My Discord account was permanently disabled for child endangerment after I made a harmless joke in a conversation with friends: 'fresh meat' ahh. This was not directed at a child, and was not intended to violate any rules.I have had a completely clean history on Discord with zero prior violations or warnings. Despite this, my account was disabled without warning.I attempted to appeal through Discords support system, but every time I received only automated responses. I was falsely banned by Discord's AI moderation system on June 22nd of 2025 with the claim that I "violated their child safety rules", yet they refuse to provide proof that I actually did violate any rules and when I make an appeal, only their AI bot replies to me saying "you violated the rules and won't be reinstated".
