    I was falsely banned from discord with a permanent suspension due to a child safety ban. I did NOT sent any form of csam in any manner, however what happened was that discords ai moderation system falsely detected csam from an adult male (NSFW). So the male was **** in the image but the ** system that discord uses thought it was a child for some reason, concluding this is a false ban due to false ai moderation detection.

    This complaint is being filed because my account was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform on 2025/06/27 at 6:00 AM (EST). The reason for the suspension was "Child Safety". I have never done anything to bring harm, malice, or danger upon any person below the age of 18+ that I've interreacted with on any server or via Dm's for the past 7+ years I've been on the platform and used this account. In addition to this there we're no texts or meassages showing what got me banned exactly. I have recently sent 2 appeal tickets that we're both closed with no resolvement to my issues at all. I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.

    I am rejecting this response because: This is an automated meassage sent by the bot. I want a real human to reply to this appeal. I state once more I was suspended from my discord account under the violations of "Child Safety". I have never on the 7+ years I've been on the platform on my account I have never violated any terms of service, caused harm, brought malice, or danger to any person's under the age of 18+ in servers or via dm's. In addition to this the status activity never provided any futher context or reason to why I was banned. As well as me sending 3+ ticket's on discords support appeal website only to have it responded to by a bot named "*****" once and the other 2 appeal tickets we're automated. This account is my form of destressing and reliving from my mental health issues with the communities I am in and own. This affect's my bussniess relationships as well as my own mental health. I have also spent money on nitro and currently have a 4+ year running subscription with no cancellation. I would like if this can come to a resolve maybe a lesser punishment or limited restriction but I will not accept an outright ban for something I haven't done and or been aware of doing. If this suspension continues to proceed I may have to proceed with legal action to insure my needs are met.

    I am rejecting this response because:This meassage is an automated response by the discord bot I would like a real human to reply to this appeal as automated meassage are not sufficent enough for solving this issue. I was ****** banned under the violation of "child safety" on 06/27/2025 at 6:00 AM (EST). In addition to this there was no futher context to my ban leaving me to believe it was falsely flagged under discord Ai moderation system which has been proven to be faulty time and time again. I have never in the 7+ years I've been on the platform on my account  have never violated any terms of service, caused harm, brought malice, or danger to any person's under the age of 18+ in servers or via dm's. In the case going forward I promise to be careful of what I post and send to ensure not to breach any system moderation.

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Discord regarding the wrongful suspension of my account (username: haggardwarsage) and their failure to provide adequate customer ********** ********************** account was banned without justification, as I have not violated any terms of service or community guidelines. This suspension has resulted in the loss of important personal memories, conversations, and connections with friends that cannot be recovered.I have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue through Discord's official support channels by submitting multiple support tickets. Unfortunately, I have not received a single response from an actual human representative. Instead, I have only received automated, boilerplate responses that do not address my specific situation or demonstrate that anyone has actually reviewed my case.The lack of human customer service and the apparent unwillingness to investigate legitimate appeals is unacceptable for a platform of Discord's size and scope. I am writing to appeal a recent ban on my Discord account and IP address, and i was falsely banned which I believe was issued in error.     My account was permanently banned without prior warning or any opportunity to clarify or appeal the situation. The only explanation provided was a vague reference to a Child Safety policy violation. I want to make it absolutely clear that the video I uploaded contained only consenting adults, and was posted on a channel explicitly marked as ****. Any suggestion that the content involved minors is categorically false and unfounded. Furthermore, I was not warned, contacted, or given any opportunity to clarify or defend my actions prior to the ban. I will be really grateful for lifitng my ban. My account name is karbowana_qiqi.     I am writing to formally request a manual review of the permanent suspension of my Discord account, which occurred on May 21st, 2025, during what appeared to be an automated ban wave driven by AI moderation systems. The reason cited was a violation related to child safety an accusation I take extremely seriously and firmly reject as a false ******* account has been in good standing since I created it in 2016, with no prior violations or warnings. I have always made every effort to follow Discords Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.I submitted an appeal through the official process, but the response I received appeared to be automated and did not address the specific details of my case. Given the seriousness of the allegation and the significant consequences of a permanent suspension, I respectfully request a thorough manual review of my account by a qualified member of the ************** team.I can confidently state that I have not engaged in any harmful or inappropriate activity on the platform, and I remain fully committed to abiding by Discords policies going forward.     This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended from Discord after my account was hacked. I have attempted to contact Discord about my account being hacked, to which I have gotten little to no support. I was told my account was suspended and to make an appeal. I haven't done anything wrong and I believe that the suspension should be lifted. This suspension occurred early morning around 3-4am EST on Wednesday, 6/18/25. I have made multiple tickets and even reopened the tickets, to which I would get no replies from a real human, or the ticket would be marked as solved without an actual reply being given. Early morning Wednesday I was hacked after a hacker was posing as a long term friend of mine. My account was held for ******. The hacker told me to either pay $300 or say goodbye to my account, I did not pay the hacker. I tried to contact discord about this but I got no real reply.

    In April of 2024, my Discord account received 2 community guidelines strikes for simply being a member of 2 separate communities. I was not aware that these communities were involved in malicious activity, I was simply invited to the communities and my account remained in them, but I did not use them. The communities were banned off the platform a long time after I joined them, and I was not sent any warning to leave the communities before hand. I contacted Discord to lift these strikes off my account, but they did not respond with a real human. Instead, I received a pre-written response, and my case was closed before I was even given the chance to plead my case. I would like these two community guidelines strikes lifted off my account, as I have not engaged in any form of fraud, and these strikes are false. I believe this is unfair. As a loyal customer since 2016, I should be allowed to speak to a real human about my case. I should not be marked for violating Discord's policies, when I did not, in fact, engage in any policy violations.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have only gotten AI responses from your AI ***** and I have no contact with a real human apart from whoever responded to my BBB complaint here. I also additionally tried to contact Discord Support on X/******* and have not received any DMs back from there in a few days either. It is my right as an ** resident to use my right to be forgotten and youre for some reason making it difficult to do so. Please just act on my right to be forgotten request on my Discord account.     I am rejecting this response because it has been nearly a week since I submitted the original ticket and all Ive gotten is AI responses and absolutely no updates on my ticket whatsoever. You say that all communication will be done through the ticket but all I get is AI responses there so I dont want to talk with an AI. I want to talk with a human and not a bot. Please get a human to respond to my ticket and stop using AI. The only updates Ive gotten is through here and you just say that my ticket is apparently still listed as an open ticket but Ive received nothing for nearly a week now. Its very simple to just delete all the personal data related to my account as youre required to do so as Ive requested it under GDPR. Please respond to my ticket with a human and lets get my personal information on my Discord account deleted please.
