Hey, i believe my account has been fasley suspended for child safety for joking around in a personal server with my friends, i genuinely didnt mean what i said as any type of child endangerment and the people i made the joke to were the same age as me (16 and older), i meant no harm by the joke i made. I had a friend of mine who made the same joke but she only got her account limited while mine got suspended. I really dont want to lose this account as it has dms and special memories that were from someone who is no longer here that i loved dearly. Me and many others have been mass reported in this server by recent raiders who were spamming **** and offensive language and somehow their accounts are still up and none of them are suspended despite being reported. Please unsuspend my account at the least, i will take my punishment of my violations still standing, but i want to eventually get my account back, Please understand that what i said was a joke and that i meant it to no underage child, i understand if i made someone in the server uncomfortable with this joke and i will refrain from using jokes like these in the future, please reconsider my account suspension. My acc was banned on discord for violating community guidelines, however it was literally just left at that there was no explaning whatsoever and I emailed multiple times just to get the same AI response of your account will not reinstate acc no matter what. I am submitting this complaint in regard to my Discord account being banned under what I believe to be unjust and unclear circumstances. My account, under the username ryot92, was banned after I used a specific emoji during a conversation. I was not given a proper warning or explanation as to how this violated Discords community guidelines or terms of service.I understand and respect the need for moderation and enforcement of community standards. However, in this case, I did not engage in any harassing, threatening, or otherwise malicious behavior. The ban appears to have been triggered solely by the use of an emoji, without any context or follow-up communication from Discords ************** team.I attempted to appeal the ban through the official process but received either a vague response or no clarification at all. I understand the seriousness of the situation and want to express my sincere regret for what happened.I shared an image that, in hindsight, violated Discords Terms of Service related to child safety. I am rejecting this response because:I have used their service for 5 years and I have done nothing against their Terms of Service or Community Guidelines up until this point. I understand that what I did was against their policies, but there was no malicious intent behind it. I was trying to educate, not sexualize. I am devastated at this loss and my trust in this company is ruined. I respect their efforts in trying to protect minors from sexualization and exploitation, but as a minor myself, I now feel exploited; using their service for years and then punished for one wrongdoing. I understand the decision, as it was inappropriate what I did, but I would atleast like to download my chat logs and servers. I will never use Discord again.

On May 29th, I received a notification that I had broken Discord's rules on my account, nightskaie. This violation set my account status to "limited." Within 6 minutes, I received another violation that permanently suspended my account. I was given no other reasoning other than "child safety." I have attempted to get a hold of support multiple times, any time I open a ticket it gets set to "solved" within 2 hours without any response from the support team. I have only received one reply from their automatic response bot, but it's been pure silence past that. I suspect that I was given a false ban and/or punishment, but I cannot get a hold of any human worker to verify because my tickets are being set to "solved" almost immediately. If my account may not be reinstated, then I at least ask for more clarification as to why it was punished. The lack of responses and transparency goes against everything within Discord's policies.Business Response
