I am writing again as a followup to a previous complaint I have made about Discord **** where one of my demands was not met due to it being under a different email address. On February 21, 2025, Discord permanently suspended my primary account for a reason later proven false. Then, on March 20, 2025, Discord permanently suspended my secondary account for simply existing on the same home network as my primary account. Fortunately, on June 25, 2025, Discord acknowledged the wrongful suspension on my main account and promptly lifted it. However, Discord did not lift the suspension on my secondary account. I am afraid to log into my primary account at this time in fear that it might be targeted due to my secondary account still having a suspension.I would like for Discord to lift the suspension on my secondary account, as ********************** has confirmed I have not violated their Terms of Service. Appeal for Account Restriction Due to Unauthorized Activity I am writing this in hopes of getting a human, instead of an automated AI to appeal my account restrictions.Dear Discord Support Team,Im writing to appeal the recent restriction placed on my Discord account in relation to alleged malicious conduct. I believe this was the result of my account being compromised without my knowledge or consent.During the time my account was accessed by an unauthorized party, messages were sent to others falsely offering $50 Steam gift cards. As soon as I became aware of the situation, I took immediate steps to recover my account, secured it with a new password and two-factor authentication, and personally messaged affected users to inform them that I had been hacked and to ignore the previous messages.I want to make it clear that I would never intentionally engage in or support this kind of activity, and I do not want to be held responsible for something I did not do. I'm filing a complaint against Discord **** for wrongfully banning my account (username: paganbaptist) without any legitimate ********* account was permanently suspended for saying "really happy for u dude" - a completely innocent, supportive message that in no way violates any terms of service or community guidelines. I was unrightfully banned from Discord for the policy of "Ban Evasion" despite having never been suspended on another account at the platform-level. I have also never used alternate accounts to bypass server bans. I am appealing because the account that I use has been permanently suspended without any evidence provided against it. I have contacted Discord through their own appeal process, yet was met with an automated message to "appeal using the original email that violated policy." As I have not been suspended on any other accounts, this would be impossible for me to do, and the account I was already appealing on would be the original.
