      I have lost data in the data base and tried to get someone from tech support to help me to no one can even talk to me even though they decided to change the way the system works

      I just recently purchased the *** and I paid $125 so I can use the program right away and not have to wait to be able to use features that when the free trial is over I can use, I bought it and bought the credits for it I was able to make ***************************************************************************************** for over 12 hours now I really like this program and I would like to continue using it but I need them to respond to my inquiry it's urgent and I paid a lot of money to be able to use this service and they blocked my account for no good reason as they were charging it

      I finally saved enough money for ridetech suspension for my **** Impala SS convertible car I had for over thirty years and restoring past 20 did ****** search Ridetech suspension MBGRAM generated and offered financing and also ten percent discount on purchase so I purchased 10-10-22 and the next day I called to inquire about financing but there customer service number NEVER answered so I emailed I noticed the computer generated responses and I cancelled few hour later they emailed saying that product had been discontinued and my order had been cancelled and refunded so I called no answer dozens of times emailed got a response saying **** ACTT department. Will contact when refund is completed after day seven after several emails and same robotic emails that day I called ridetech directly they informed me that there product had not been discontinued and offered by several manufacturers then I knew there were lying and look deeper T online review and seen more of the same I'm a IHSS worker and my wife on disability this is crippleing

      I mistakenly bought software from PDF Suite, "powered by Zendesk," thinking that I was buying an Adobe product. It turned out not to be usable when I tried to sign a document. I requested they cancel my purchase and issue me a refund, and I got an email from a customer service rep asking the reason. I gave the reason, and later I also was able to online-chat with another rep, and they assured me they could help. Hours have passed, however, without further word. I am concerned I will not be able to recoup my $104 from them.

      I ordered a Halloween video player, it supposed to play videos on a screen in your window. The player did not come with any of the videos they used to advertise this item. I've been trying to return this item for two weeks now, the company has withheld the return address.

      Do not do business with this company! Our business decided on September 30, 2021 to give Zendesk a try so we purchased a Zendesk Suite Growth Subscription for 6 users. We learned shortly after that we would not be able to integrate Zendesk with our site, which is unfortunate but not there fault. As our renewal time approached I reached out to the only contact I have at Zendesk, the chat bot on their support page. After jumping through several hoops to attempt to cancel I was told my account manager would be in touch. After a few days of waiting I responded to the support ticket email and let them know it needed to be handled immediately. I finally received a response from my "account manager" stating that I needed to cancel my subscription at least 30 days before renewal. I pointed out that it was 42 days until the renewal at that time and that it needed to be cancelled. After another couple of days with no response I emailed again asking for a phone call. I finally received an email saying that the account would be set up to cancel at the renewal date. Low and behold the renewal date comes up and they auto-charge my account for the full subscription price. I'm back in chat trying to get this taken care of but their customer service is a joke, and it is what they sell to other businesses! Do not do business with this company, they know that most tech integrations are costly to change so they rely on that to rope you in and keep you tied to their subscription. If you do try to get away they use shady practices like this and do anything possible to not cancel accounts.
