      Zendesk operates the technology behind ****** Research Intl Breakthrough app. The app does not work on ******* S24 phone. I have emailed, called, and texted for over a month to ****** Research I never received a call or email on how to resolve the issues with this app. Zendesk sends the same automated message over and over the only thing difference in the message is the number within it. No solutions was ever offered. No one ever answer the phone. The Breakthrough app is horrible and doesn't work. You can't open or download the *** programs. I went to Best Buy Geek Squad and the ******* store, no open could open the programs or download them. I placed a BBB complaint against **************************** for a full refund of the money I spent on the ***************** Within program which is $495.00.

      I placed an order for a jacket on August 4. It was supposed to arrive no later than August 12 but I still have not received the order. I have contacted *********** and Zendesk 9 times about the order. Only After I disputed the charges they emailed me to say that they received a charge back request and they could not send the item or issue a refund unless I cancel the charge back request. They are refusing to send the jacket or the refund.

      In ******* and again in August of 2025, I attempted to register an LLC through the official North Carolina Secretary of State website (*********************). On both occasions, I was unknowingly redirected to a third-party website that presented itself as an official filing service. As a result, this company processed two separate sets of unauthorized withdrawals from my debit cardtotaling $519 in ******* and another set of charges in August. My bank is currently investigating the August transactions; however, I was informed that the ******* charges fall outside the 180-day dispute window and cannot be refunded. The individual continuing to contact me regarding these filings is using the email address ********************************************* and identifies herself as follows in her email signature:***** Account Manager ********************************************* ************** I am requesting that this matter be formally investigated as potential fraud, and that any additional steps be taken to prevent further unauthorized access or communication.

      I did NOT agree to prepayment or a nonrefundable reservation!!!!!! $392.00 came out of my account this morning and I received this "itinerary" saying I agreed to nonrefundable prepayment!!!! This is obviously a scam as there is no way to reach them. I thought I was smarter and was obviously not. I'd like my $392 refunded but, if nothing else, I want to file a complaint to the evidently huge list of complaints.

      They advertised the book as a spiral bound book that can be open, and the pages wont turn. After I paid 495 I was then told that it was an e-book which is false advertising. They do not offer refund so apparently Im not the first ****** to complain. If I cant get my 495 back I just want people to beware of their products and their shoddy business sense

      On 7/14/25, I ordered two pair of shoes from ************* that were advertised on *** website. The FinddBest site and sales receipt promised a 90-day Satisfaction Guarantee with full refund, no questions asked. These shoes arrived on 8/6/25. The shoes I ordered were size 13. The shoes that were sent to me were approximately size 11.5 or smaller. On 8/11/25, I requested a refund. I was told on 8/11/25 via email that they could accept returns or exchanges. Over the next 8 days, I have declined multiple offers beginning at 15% refund up to 40% refund...each day, the refund percentage goes up 5%. I am clearly getting responses from an email bot programmed to not issue a refund...as indicated that every email I have gotten has been to "Dear ******** despite my complaining and requesting a human agent to respond to me.The organization I am communicating with is ********************************************** I have included the original sales order number 3595 (to finddbest) and all email correspondence.

      Zendesk is useless and their interface is not user friendly and instead of providing help It's like they do everything in their power to not provide help and just aggravate the user.

      I had an email sent to my gmail today June ******* and it said they would give me a service For 1.00. They were scamming me. They asked for a free will offering and i have 1.00. Next thing you know Ive been charged ***** for a subscription. They also charged me another ***** plus the 1.00. They asked for my ****** and charged me ***** total. I did let them know i was not interested. I havent heard anything since.

      Around the date of 5/14/2025 I completed a reward on the website **************** worth $75 for the mobile game Warhammer: Tacticus. Zendesk is responsible for running the support for this game developed by *****************. I spent many hours on it and even went the extra mile to ensure I completed it correctly within the designated timeframe. They were able to track and give me credit for all of the smaller rewards I achieved but when it came to this much larger reward advertised they claim to have mysteriously not tracked it. I've tried for over two weeks now to get them to work behind the scenes with their offer partner and look into what went wrong so that they can make this right. A member of their support team banned me from putting in further support tickets with Zendesk out of pettiness. I asked to speak with a more senior agent with knowledge of their partnership with the ******** website as it was clear to me he did not know what I was talking about. He claimed that this was a Freecash issue alone even though it is the studio he worked for that failed to track my progress in the game correctly. He then proceeded to close the thread while I was still seeking support. I have yet to get an explanation from either side about went wrong as they claim it is a privacy issue and they cannot reveal their methodology. This seems very shady and scummy to me as every reward for a smaller monetary prize both before and after has tracked without a single hiccup.

      6 MONTHS ago, I renewed my membership subscription with zendesk.. it was a chat service i used for years. It had automatic answers also called triggers and my business was doing fine. When i renewed, zendesk stopped the automatic answer triggers without explanation or warning. It took me months to find out because i thought all was ok. I found out they changed the service for stand alone chat service to a more comprehensive service but they did not tell me or warn me about it. My business website thrived on just those triggers that they took away without warning and not telling me they are changing the service . It took me months to find out because the chat was answering all the visitors answers and it was an automatic process. As my business went to zero, I discovered yesterday that they had cut the triggers long time ago... I tried restoring the service to what it was before but i have being chatting with service at zendesk but it is impossible to get help. They answer but do not help me restore my triggers so I can continue with my business. First, I need to restore my service to what it was that was limited without warning. It is impossible to get in touch with someone to help me at zendesk.
