      I had an email sent to my gmail today June ******* and it said they would give me a service For 1.00. They were scamming me. They asked for a free will offering and i have 1.00. Next thing you know Ive been charged ***** for a subscription. They also charged me another ***** plus the 1.00. They asked for my ****** and charged me ***** total. I did let them know i was not interested. I havent heard anything since.

      Around the date of 5/14/2025 I completed a reward on the website **************** worth $75 for the mobile game Warhammer: Tacticus. Zendesk is responsible for running the support for this game developed by *****************. I spent many hours on it and even went the extra mile to ensure I completed it correctly within the designated timeframe. They were able to track and give me credit for all of the smaller rewards I achieved but when it came to this much larger reward advertised they claim to have mysteriously not tracked it. I've tried for over two weeks now to get them to work behind the scenes with their offer partner and look into what went wrong so that they can make this right. A member of their support team banned me from putting in further support tickets with Zendesk out of pettiness. I asked to speak with a more senior agent with knowledge of their partnership with the ******** website as it was clear to me he did not know what I was talking about. He claimed that this was a Freecash issue alone even though it is the studio he worked for that failed to track my progress in the game correctly. He then proceeded to close the thread while I was still seeking support. I have yet to get an explanation from either side about went wrong as they claim it is a privacy issue and they cannot reveal their methodology. This seems very shady and scummy to me as every reward for a smaller monetary prize both before and after has tracked without a single hiccup.

      6 MONTHS ago, I renewed my membership subscription with zendesk.. it was a chat service i used for years. It had automatic answers also called triggers and my business was doing fine. When i renewed, zendesk stopped the automatic answer triggers without explanation or warning. It took me months to find out because i thought all was ok. I found out they changed the service for stand alone chat service to a more comprehensive service but they did not tell me or warn me about it. My business website thrived on just those triggers that they took away without warning and not telling me they are changing the service . It took me months to find out because the chat was answering all the visitors answers and it was an automatic process. As my business went to zero, I discovered yesterday that they had cut the triggers long time ago... I tried restoring the service to what it was before but i have being chatting with service at zendesk but it is impossible to get help. They answer but do not help me restore my triggers so I can continue with my business. First, I need to restore my service to what it was that was limited without warning. It is impossible to get in touch with someone to help me at zendesk.

      I ordered thinking it was an actual book and then was charged for a bundle and subscription that I did not want, I didn't want an electronic book either. I immediately requested refund as I did not want the services and was refused refund

      I ordered 4 signed **s and a signed vinyl but the vinyl was not signed, it only included a signed poster and the **s were not signed at all but that was not mentioned at the time of purchase. I emailed the company and they told me the vinyl was never signed and that it included a signed poster but at the time of purchase the description never specified the signed component was a poster. The **s did not come signed and after clarifying if the **s were actually signed or not, somebody named *** told me they would send me the signed components without me having to send the unsigned **s back (aka *** said they would send me the missing signed item so I can put it in the ** I received) that way I can receive it asap but now somebody named ***** keeps telling me I have to send the **s back. Throughout this whole process it was nearly impossible to get clarification on the signed elements of the **s and vinyl. At the time of purchase the ** description said "Signed **" not signed insert and same with the vinyl, the title and description both said "Signed vinyl" not signed poster. This is called bait and switch, selling/advertising a product one way but then changing the item after the costumer already purchased and without informing the costumer that the item changed, which is a form of fraud and after going back and forth with the company for almost 3 weeks they are ignoring this. This is unlawful and unethical, I either need the signed components sent to me ASAP and/or a refund issued ASAP or else I will have to contact my credit card company for bait and switch fraud. I've included picture of the signed ** and signed vinyl listings showing that it is never specified that these items were not signed but instead came with a signed insert, and I also included the email from *** telling me that the company would send me the signed components without me having to send back the unsigned **s which they are now telling me they cannot do.

      I placed an order with Algainhouse on Dec 8, 2025. However, Algainhouse stated that my Order (HALO Bolt Ultimate 3.0 Dynamic Display Jumpstarter Air ****************** (Get 2 Free) was delivered on December 6, 3024. How is that possible.? Algainhouse then asked if I would accept re-shipment of the order - I agreed. To Date, I still have not received the order even though Algainhouse stated it was delivered on Jan 2, 2025. The ***************** did not deliver my order and they don't even have a picture to prove my order was delivered. For all the foregoing reasons, I am demanding that Algainhouse give me a full refund of $53.80

      I canceled an online order and refund has not been received. Order number PLK27232. They told me to contact my bank. ******* confirmed no refund has been initiated on my account. There's no way to speak with this company directly. I ordered a Cajun-Style ******.
