My name is *************************** and I am a former employee at Farming First LLC, who briefly worked with Zendesk from Jan 2022 - May 2022. I no longer work for the company (effective August 2022), but recently got a charge on my personal credit card alleging that Farming First had renewed for two seats on January 1, 2023.This was a fraudulent charge as we had already canceled our Zendesk subscription as of May 2022. Im not sure if some details fell through the cracks, but I was clearly incorrectly charged $2376.I submitted a claim to my credit card company, but Zendesk is now fighting the dispute, claiming that this charge was legitimate. I saw an account manager referenced on the dispute response (*************************), so I've sent notes to him as well as accounts receivable. Accounts receivable responded, but refuses to furnish the master services agreement (or any further documentation) for my review. Again, I no longer work for the company, so I do not have access to my former email nor my login information to recover the cancellation confirmation.I am out of options and may get stuck with responsibility for an unapproved $2376 charge. I have been trying to cancel my trial since early January. The sales person on the account refused to do his job and cancel my trial subscription. He has called me to argue instead of canceling with his AR team. He does not know how to cancel in their system via instructions sent to me. I can not cancel in my portal so I was charged money for a product that I am not satisfied nor using. I need this to be resolved immediately. ***************************** is getting paid commissions because of a flawed process in ZENDESK designed to bill customers who are in a trial. He made sure we were charged on February 22nd after I told them to cancel in January and before then per the trial. This is illegal business practices.Customer Answer

Zendesk has been charging me 375$ a month since February 2022. I recently downloaded an expense tracking app and noticed these fees. I do not use Zendesk and I never have.I contacted their support and told them I do not use zendesk and to cancel my subscription. They told me they couldn't cancel it unless the account owner were to email them and cancel it and that I needed to speak with the account owner. I told them I dont know the account owner and I would need the information of the account ownet to speak with them. They couldn't provide that information or help me further. They continue to charge my personal account 375$ a month. I also provided them with the 3 emails ive used for the last 20 years and confirmed I am not the account owner. All of this money needs to be refunded and I want an appology from the company for the stress they've caused.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 generators from this company about a little over a month ago. I contacted them on 12/14/22 asking what the status was. They said they dropped it off at my home, which isn**;t possible. They realized a few emails later that they sent me the wrong item but I didn**;t receive anything at all. They said they could give me a 25% refund which is ridiculous. This is about our request to downgrade our plan to Basic. We've been reaching out since September regarding this with Zendesk as we have not used any of the upgraded features included in the Upgrade. They have automatically charged my card that's why it was paid already for annual subscription. We did give them enough time to downgrade our subscription, but no one has ever actioned on this until today. I am missing a package again. This has occurred literally every time I have ordered an item online and the company I placed the order with used LSO shipping as their courier. Ive sent 2 requests to LSO to receive customer service from them regarding my package that has been missing since November 20th. I finally received an automated email back from LSOs customer service affiliation ********************** on December 1st, claiming that someone has been assigned to my case and that my Ticket ID is *****. More silence goes by and so I try to check the status of my case with Zendesk, then the website tells me LSO is no longer affiliated with Zendesk. I have no idea where my package is or how to get someone from LSO to help me. *** already tried reaching out to them online and by phone (their phone service is not actually a service at all, it just tells me to go online). When I track my package, it says it has been out for delivery since November 22nd. The resolution I am seeking is just to have information on where the package is located. I was misled into purchasing a basic copy membership of MemberOwls through imTools. The sales video claimed hundreds of benefits a member would receive. After buying the basic package for $39, it was revealed through a chain of upsells that these benefits were not actually available unless one bought all the extra add-ons. I found this to be fraudulent advertising and immediately emailed support requesting a refund within one hour after purchase, 12/4/2022. Support responded to me on 12/5/2022 asking why I wanted a refund. I emailed back immediately telling them why and asking again for my refund. Support has ignored that email as well as 3 consecutive emails requesting my refund and given me no response, despite their claim to be open for support Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. Zendesk made an unexpected charge to my account, and when I contacted **************** to investigate, the phone number on file for Zendesk - ************** - is in fact just someone's personal cell phone. I'm concerned they are deceiving customers at best.
