Zendesk has been charging me 375$ a month since February 2022. I recently downloaded an expense tracking app and noticed these fees. I do not use Zendesk and I never have.I contacted their support and told them I do not use zendesk and to cancel my subscription. They told me they couldn't cancel it unless the account owner were to email them and cancel it and that I needed to speak with the account owner. I told them I dont know the account owner and I would need the information of the account ownet to speak with them. They couldn't provide that information or help me further. They continue to charge my personal account 375$ a month. I also provided them with the 3 emails ive used for the last 20 years and confirmed I am not the account owner. All of this money needs to be refunded and I want an appology from the company for the stress they've caused.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 generators from this company about a little over a month ago. I contacted them on 12/14/22 asking what the status was. They said they dropped it off at my home, which isn**;t possible. They realized a few emails later that they sent me the wrong item but I didn**;t receive anything at all. They said they could give me a 25% refund which is ridiculous. This is about our request to downgrade our plan to Basic. We've been reaching out since September regarding this with Zendesk as we have not used any of the upgraded features included in the Upgrade. They have automatically charged my card that's why it was paid already for annual subscription. We did give them enough time to downgrade our subscription, but no one has ever actioned on this until today. I am missing a package again. This has occurred literally every time I have ordered an item online and the company I placed the order with used LSO shipping as their courier. Ive sent 2 requests to LSO to receive customer service from them regarding my package that has been missing since November 20th. I finally received an automated email back from LSOs customer service affiliation ********************** on December 1st, claiming that someone has been assigned to my case and that my Ticket ID is *****. More silence goes by and so I try to check the status of my case with Zendesk, then the website tells me LSO is no longer affiliated with Zendesk. I have no idea where my package is or how to get someone from LSO to help me. *** already tried reaching out to them online and by phone (their phone service is not actually a service at all, it just tells me to go online). When I track my package, it says it has been out for delivery since November 22nd. The resolution I am seeking is just to have information on where the package is located. I will drive to wherever it is and pick it up at this point.Initial Complaint

I was misled into purchasing a basic copy membership of MemberOwls through imTools. The sales video claimed hundreds of benefits a member would receive. After buying the basic package for $39, it was revealed through a chain of upsells that these benefits were not actually available unless one bought all the extra add-ons. I found this to be fraudulent advertising and immediately emailed support requesting a refund within one hour after purchase, 12/4/2022. Support responded to me on 12/5/2022 asking why I wanted a refund. I emailed back immediately telling them why and asking again for my refund. Support has ignored that email as well as 3 consecutive emails requesting my refund and given me no response, despite their claim to be open for support Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. Zendesk made an unexpected charge to my account, and when I contacted **************** to investigate, the phone number on file for Zendesk - ************** - is in fact just someone's personal cell phone. I'm concerned they are deceiving customers at best.Initial Complaint

I just recently purchased the *** and I paid $125 so I can use the program right away and not have to wait to be able to use features that when the free trial is over I can use, I bought it and bought the credits for it I was able to make ***************************************************************************************** for over 12 hours now I really like this program and I would like to continue using it but I need them to respond to my inquiry it's urgent and I paid a lot of money to be able to use this service and they blocked my account for no good reason as they were charging itInitial Complaint

I finally saved enough money for ridetech suspension for my **** Impala SS convertible car I had for over thirty years and restoring past 20 did ****** search Ridetech suspension MBGRAM generated and offered financing and also ten percent discount on purchase so I purchased 10-10-22 and the next day I called to inquire about financing but there customer service number NEVER answered so I emailed I noticed the computer generated responses and I cancelled few hour later they emailed saying that product had been discontinued and my order had been cancelled and refunded so I called no answer dozens of times emailed got a response saying **** ACTT department. Will contact when refund is completed after day seven after several emails and same robotic emails that day I called ridetech directly they informed me that there product had not been discontinued and offered by several manufacturers then I knew there were lying and look deeper T online review and seen more of the same I'm a IHSS worker and my wife on disability this is crippleingInitial Complaint

I mistakenly bought software from PDF Suite, "powered by Zendesk," thinking that I was buying an Adobe product. It turned out not to be usable when I tried to sign a document. I requested they cancel my purchase and issue me a refund, and I got an email from a customer service rep asking the reason. I gave the reason, and later I also was able to online-chat with another rep, and they assured me they could help. Hours have passed, however, without further word. I am concerned I will not be able to recoup my $104 from them.Customer Answer
