1 starScam. They try to charge you for cancellation. Then when you try to get info about canceling, they want to charge you a $5 information fee. I plan to report as fraud if I find multiple charges from this scammed. (You don't even get the info you want if you do a trial of their service).Truthfinder

1 star************************** sold me a policy by lying about the benefits. I was told I had $5,000.00 a year for dental, hearing and vision and that they pay 100% of two dental cleanings a year and two free X-rays per year. My dental cleaning was $419. ***** paid $66. I am too old to fight them. I am very disappointed that the agent lied to me. Cigna gets no stars from me. On the other hand, I had the perfect care when I got sick and entered *************************, **********************************************. The doctors and nurses and every staff member who was there for me were exceptionally excellent. ************************* gets five stars. I would actually give them ten stars.Truthfinder

3 starsI only used it for one report. I kept it cuz the monthly fee was $4 and some. Now I notice they've been taking $50 some out every other month. So I've basically paid for that report at least 30 times. I'm canceling asap.Truthfinder

1 starHorrible customer service. When they were supposed to refund me after they didnt cancel when told to and charged me again they stopped returning emails and claiming they couldnt find account. When I finally got someone one phone and they were able to find account right away, they still refused to refund for unused service because it had been 3 months by there calculation when refund was supposed to done June 29th its sept 4th. It has not been 3 months. Then when I asked for a supervisor I put on hold when guy came back he said he was transferring me to one, and I was then hung up on. Do not use this company!Truthfinder
