1 starThey are crooks who make you spend a lot of time thinking that you would get free information and then at the end of about 20 mins they pop the surprise that there is a fee. Silly, Ill stick to Checkmate!

1 starI paid for 1 month of truthfinder. Nothing on their website said I asked for a subscription. Now theyre charging my card for another month that I didnt want . If I wanted a subscription, I would have paid for it. This company is definitely a scam. Dont waste your money. Dont even mess with these people!!Truthfinder

1 starAre you the truthfinder to find one person. Only had part of their criminal background as I know there is plenty more that happened in that same time frame. Very disappointed. Canceled yet still have ******* 24 days to use the site and now all of the sudden verification codes will never send to my phone so I can no longer use the site. Emailed company with no response. 1 starTruthfinder is charging my credit card erroneously for several months. They are unable to locate my account despite providing my email, charges & dates and credit card transaction transaction details. I have worked with ****** and ****** from Truthfinder and they seem to help for a minute and then stop helping after I provide the required information. I have emails to back all this up and have tried to resolve this without getting to the point of notifying the Better Business Bureau. My issue is you did not send anything out about the service being down, causing me to have to telephone the provider and spend time with their high call volume , only to be told something that should have appeared at sign in.
