    This business is publicly posting private information and I followed the website instruction to remove my data, but it is not allowing me. I tried multiple times and in different times as they instructed but it not working.They are making the removal of data so difficult for the consumer to do.I am requesting for my personal data to be removed immediately without hindrance or difficulties.

Called and they tried to justify charges even after they acknowledge I cancelled. I took my credit card off sight.     When a user activates their account, they must provide an electronic signature authorizing TruthFinder to charge their card as described, including for the automatic renewal of their membership. Our Billing Terms are conspicuously explained on our registration page and in our Terms of Use. Customers are sent a confirmation email for any orders placed on the site.

    Customers are able to cancel online from within their account, through our Customer Phone Support, or by sending an email to ******************************** After a thorough investigation, we have determined that no cancellation attempts were made through any of these channels.  

    As a courtesy, we have cancelled all memberships and refunded ************** ******* account back to the payment option used to enroll, and no further charges will be incurred.     I cancelled my membership on 5/20/23. I called and the company acknowledged this.I have been charged every month for the last year.The company would only refund the last 2 months of ************************ stated that they were unable to refund me prior to that.I have been charged monthly for the last year even after cancellation.Your subscription (ID# ********* for Unlimited and Phone Reports has been cancelled.You should not receive any further charges for this subscription.     I canceled my subscription with these individuals back in February, they charged my card, when I emailed them and said I canceled my account and showed them a screenshot they offered me no resolution and didnt provide a refund

    It showed nothing, it says he has no email address's when in fact he has two shows that he wasn't married when in fact he was just a big scam
