      I simply LOOKED into their website. Now, they DAILY send constant emails and unsubscribe has done nothing. This is what I would call HARASSMENT!!!!

      I went to the site to get information on someone who texted me and I paid for a trial for 5 days, then they still charged me for information on the number, then it said they had to put researchers on it and it works take 3-5 business days for results. Then the same day, my back account has fraud and I needed my bank to cancel my card. Such a scam!!!

      Total scam More expensive than I was expecting. I have cancelled 3 separate times and they still continue to charge my card. I have blocked them and they are still charging me. Also I purchased the unlimited ability to look up people etc and they tried to charge me each time . I would give zero stars if I could.

      Stole $35 dollars from me. Search came up with nothing. This company is a scam for sure. Very glad I used PayPal, they are working on getting their vendor account shutdown now due to the multiple scams

      Seems to me these large internet businesses are taking us all for granted. I paid one dollar and two cents to find a phone number. Nothing happened. It took my money and I got nothing in return. No wonder these firms are getting rich while the little guy gets scammed. I want my money back. Also if I find that they are taking my money off my debit, I will sue them regardless of who they think they are. This is a hardship scam. They are claiming, they can do what you want, but instead, they take your money and give you nothing. I believe it could be the office in ******* because it gives that address and when you hit the tab it says the office is no longer there. Go Figure.

      Was charged a monthly fee. Never signed a contract. Searched for one number. Paid .95 and was refunded because they couldn't find anything. Then I see a paypal pymt which I never autorized. I want a refund. Opened a case with paypal. Still waiting. I fell I was scammed. Very deceptive way to do buisness.

      I contacted Intelius.Com and requested that they remove all instances of my name, age, birthday, mailing address, email address, and phone number from Intelius.com, PeopleConnect Inc, Criminalrecords.com, Lookupanyone.com, Peoplelookup.com, US search, USSearch, USSsaecr.com, and PublicRecords.com and all your other online platforms immediately. Including my demographic information in People Connect and other online platforms you own violates Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission's Act, which prohibits unfair or deceptive practices, including the use or protection of consumers' personal information in a misleading or unfair manner. Unauthorized use of my demographic information is unethical, and it highlights your relentless greed values. Intelius is still including my demographic profile in several of the online platformes they own. I am still requesting that this company delete my demographic profile from all online platforms they own. A.R-A.

      In connection with my work at a ************* I have to collect tax documents from companies for IRS compliance. I do this on behalf of other employees, so I am frequently not the direct customer, but the compliance coordinator. ********************** was unwilling to provide a tax document to us, as required by Federal Law.We attempted contact over email and phone:Over the phone, they said that they cannot provide that information and refused to connect us with someone who could;Over email, they only ever provided a canned response: "At this time, Intelius is not interested in pursuing a partnership with your organization. Thank you for your interest."The response didn't even make sense, in the context of the email I had sent.Based on my experience with my position, it find it highly doubtful that Intelius is compliant with US tax law.
