After a thorough investigation, we were unable to locate an active Intelius account with the information provided. In order to meet Ms. ***** expectations, we request all applicable information listed below:

****** notified me this website is selling my personal information with out my consent. ****** has requested Intelius (+37 affiliates data broker websites with whom they share information) to remove my personal information as well as stop sharing and selling my personal information. However, the request was made over 4 months ago and Intelius still has not removed my personal information from their website or their affiliates websites. I requested that this company remove my data from this and all affiliated sites, however, their suppression tool does not work and never sent a verification code. I then contacted customer service as the site directed, with the *** associated with my information. I then received an email saying that I needed to provide them with additional past phone numbers, emails, and addresses, so they can verify it's me. I refuse to provide additional information to a company that I'm trying to remove my information from. I tried again to use their suppression tool, with no success. Intelius is a data broker that refuses to remove my information despite repeated requests. My data identifier is e4549750-05c8-4636-9894-55b3ff98bfdc. I have attached a screenshot of the offending entry.Their data removal and suppression tool is deliberate impossible to use, as their primary source of income is scammy background check "services." Intelius and its affiliates uploaded my sensitive information without my consent, and they have made it extremely difficult to remove. They also refuse to reply to emails. It should be illegal but at minimum it's unethical, deceptive, and simply bad business by the way this company falsely advertises a free service to collect all your personal information and once the have it, then they tell you that you need to now pay for what they originally suckered you in with bold face lies so now you'll either have to pay to get the information you've been promised for free or cancel and accept that you've waisted the last 20 min due to their deception. When did it become acceptable for everyone to simply lie until they get what they want with no consequences. It's everywhere. Our news doesn't report facts and truths rather opinions based by agendas, politicians do the same, our police lie to strike up conversations until they find an offense to charge someone with. It words it as if your wasting money on paid apps when you can use them, and absolutely NOWHERE does ANYTHING even mention money until after the get your info and you've 3+ clicks and pages in. I again attest I am not guilty of or in violation of any of Intelius' terms or the Fair Credit Report Act. I also have a totally clean record.
I have utilized Intelius for my personal use only and have never used Intelius' services or any other services for any business purposes whatsoever and I do not, nor have I ever, had a business, nor have I ever used Intelius' services or any other service for any FCRA purpose.
With regard to Item No. 1, this is not applicable to me because I do not and have not ever been an employer.
With regard to Item No. 2, I have not rented or sold a property.
With regard to Item No. 3, I have not lended money to or extended credit to anyone.
With regard to Item No. 4, I am not an insurer and, thus, have not been underwriting insurance.
With regard to Item No. 5, I have not used Intelius for any purpose related to any eligibility determination about a person.
With regard to Item No. 6, I have not used Intelius for any other purpose that would require FCRA compliance.
I am sure the Better Business Bureau and I would like the specific violation I was incorrectly found guilty of instead of just stating | violated FCRA. Whatever this is being based on is incorrect and the Better Business Bureau and I should be apprised of whatever Intelius is basing this incorrect judgment on so it can be rectified.
