      I have found my personal information on Intelius' websites and 37 of their affiliate businesses. When I attempt to request deletion, I am unable to, as they only have listed old phone numbers and emails to which I no longer have access. I was directed to email ***************************** I sent an email on Sept 9, 2023 and have never received a response. I sent a follow up on Jan 2, 2025 and still have not received a response.

      On 27 November 2024 I requested Intelius and *********************** to erase my personal information found on their website. I sent follow-up emails on 12/2, 12/10, 12/13, and 12/29 inquiring about the status of my request and making subsequent requests to suppress my personal information. Intelius and ************************* repeatedly sent me the same generic email about using their ******************** which does not even work. I complained about this and sent them proof of my identification which they ignored multiple times. Intelius and *********************** are violating my right to privacy. They falsely claim that: "The removal process takes between 24 - 48 hours to be completely removed from our website. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department"It has been over a month since I made my request. They will ignore you when you contact their customer service ********************************* and *********************** are notorious data brokers that criminally ignore privacy and data suppression requests.

      I expect and deserve a formal apology for your wrongdoing of ignoring my formal requests to erase my personal information.  I sent you several demand letters with verified ID to immediately cease the posting, sharing, selling, and storing of information about me across your platforms for more than a month.  Your response of finally complying with my privacy demands has only come as a result of me reporting you to the BBB, **********************************, and the office of the *****************************  You would have continued ignoring my formal requests if not for being reported to these offices, just like the many other complaints by others whose privacy you similarly violated.  I expect a formal apology.  I also expect you to propose a monetary settlement for the pain and suffering caused unto me for your repeated violations of my rights and the willful negligence of your duty to respect my privacy requests.

While not required to do so, Intelius nevertheless respects consumers privacy and allows individuals to suppress their public records from appearing in background reports on its and its affiliated websites. According to our records, we have suppressed the specific public records Ms. ******** requested.

      Just as it is your right to post, share, sell, and store publicly available personal information, it is my right to have you stop all of these practices with my personal information. I expect and deserve a formal apology for your wrongdoing of ignoring my formal requests to erase my personal information. I tried using your suppression center multiple times. Just as many others have filed complaints that your suppression center does not work, I experienced the same difficulties with your dysfunctional system. It is designed in a way to make it impossible for many people to suppress their personal data on your websites. I contacted your customer support team multiple times about your suppression center not working. You ignored all of my requests for assistance. I sent you several demand letters with verified ID to immediately cease the posting, sharing, selling, and storing of information about me across your platforms for more than a month. You also ignored all of my demands. Under the *** I have the right to delete my personal data. Under the *** your company is required to respond to requests by individuals asserting the rights granted to them under the law. You did not respond to any of my requests and demands, but instead sent the same generic email about using the suppression center despite me informing you repeatedly that your suppression center does not work. Your response of finally acknowledging my privacy demands has only come as a result of me reporting you to the BBB.       On December 17th 2024 I used intelius service to look up a phone number. I paid the .95 cents for the trial basis and then immediately canceled my membership. They also charged me $3.99 on the same date and for what? I didn't order anything else!

      Consistent with applicable laws, all material terms, including billing details and automatic renewal terms, as well as service add ons are clearly disclosed before submitting payment information, and each user is required to check a box separately agreeing to those terms before being charged. Our registration page and our Terms of Use clearly outline the details of our billing terms. Customers also receive a confirmation email for all orders made on the site.

      We have cancelled all memberships and refunded Mr. ********* account back to the payment method used to enroll, and no further charges will be incurred.

      Intelius' data suppression tool does not work. I have suppressed my personal data multiple times and my personal information still appears on their affiliated websites. This has caused me to be stalked and a victim of a crime. For example, Zabasearch, which uses Intelius, still has me able to be found via my phone number.
