1 starMisleading and unable to view MY report for reasonable fee or free. I wanted to view MY report for the purposes of validating that ALL info contained in the report were accurate. There seems to be no easy way for people to do this, as there is with credit reports. Why? I will withdraw this complaint if they provide MY report (for verification purposes) for free or a REASONABLE fee. As it is now, I have no knowledge of what is contained in my report and neither does anyone 3else it seems. Is there no oversight of the info aggregator online sites?Instant Checkmate

1 starI've contacted them multiple times, and they won't delete my information. They've deleted my "profile," but all my information is in a "snapshot," including my address and phone number. I've requested that my information be taken down at least ten times, but they have yet to contact me back. I plan to take legal action against them.Instant Checkmate

1 starI found great information on other background check websites (more than one) and I wanted to get more info so I signed up with Instant Checkmate. I found that even the information that was on the other similar services was not there on Instant Checkmate, and their entire report is filled with STUPID fillers, like all the neighbors name who are not the target. Just names and their homes. They did not have 10% of the information that was available on the other similar website!!Instant Checkmate

1 starMy credit report indicated my e-mail address and information had been compromised in a security breach to InstantCheckmate.com. InstantCheckmate did not notify its customer of such a breach and found that to be unprofessional and questionable that they are selling information to third parties.Instant Checkmate
