Poshmark does not care about their sellers what so ever. They put terms of services about harassment in place but do not take any action when people break them. I have filed numerous reports about a user constantly harassing me and others sellers and every time they have not done anything. They prioritize potential buyers over sellers that have made them ****s of dollars in the fees they charge when they would be nothing without sellers. They are allowing an entitled insane unhinged ***** to stay on the app and harass people when they should be banned for it. This user is creating a hostile toxic buying/selling environment amongst a specific brand that people buy and resell. They make posts complaining about and comparing sellers prices, attack people for reselling, argue and say rude things to people who dont agree with them, get peoples orders canceled and tell the sellers to raise their prices when someone lists something for a low price because they dont want a reseller to get ahold of it, they have multiple accounts (all which poshmark claims is against the terms of service). No one should use this platform to sell as you will not be protected against people harassing you. Even if you block someone they will still find ways to attack you and the block button is pointless.Business Response

A seller on Poshmark listed a blanket as "*** - New With Tags". I purchased this item and received the blanket with the tags RIPPED OFF of the item and stuffed into the bag. As you can see from the photos, the seller not only listed this item as New With Tags, but showed ATTACHED tags in the photo. This item was a gift, and the recipient unfortunately felt as if she had received a used blanket. Poshmark did not make ANY effort to convince the seller to reply to me. Instead, they offered me a $5 Posh Credit which does not even cover the SHIPPING for this item and then claimed I accepted these terms. I never accepted those terms. I have tried for days to email their "Customer Support" team, and I've gotten only copy/pasted responses in return. They are unwilling to help me, and the seller received the FULL PAYMENT after SCAMMING ME.Business Response

The contract to purchase is between the buyer and the Seller, not Poshmark. Upon purchasing an Item, a Buyer is obligated to remit payment for the Item to Poshmark including any shipping or additional fees listed. All Purchases are final, with no returns, refunds, cancellations, or retractions allowed, except where (a) Buyer cancels an order within three (3) hours of purchase, or (b) the Purchase is cancelled where explicitly permitted by Poshmark or where applicable, a Seller. On Oct.29.2023 I was about to make my first sale on Poshmark. Before I was able to make the sale I had received a email from Poshmark telling me I needed to purchase a **************** card than load $210.00 on it to open up a sellers account. It stated that $10.00 was going to be deducted to open the sellers account and the remaining $200.00 would be added to my Poshmark account. It also stated in the email that this was required due to the amount of fraud happening on the Poshmark site. Once I had submitted proof of purchasing the **************** card with the loaded balance of $210.00 I received a second email from Poshmark telling me to purchase two more **************** cards loading them with each with $500.00. I than emailed Poshmark in regards to these requirements and informing them I was not going to be sending them the $1,000.00 and requested a refund of the $210.00 i had already paid in good faith of getting a account setup with them in order to make my first sale on the Poshmark site. In that same email I informed Poshmark that I would not be needing a sellers account and would not be selling on the Poshmark site. I have not received anything back from Poshmark as I have been emailing them about this daily since Oct.29.2023. I was never given a sellers account and never made a sale on the Poshmark site. This all just seeming like Poshmark is a scam. With no regards to protecting people from being scammed because they (Poshmark) are the scammers.Business Response

Poshmark will not ask for or require an **************** prepaid card in order to activate a listing. The communication that the user received did not come from ********************** and it is likely a Phishing email. I am rejecting this response because:Poshmark is advised as a trusted site for buyers and sellers. In your Community Guidelines under Couterfeits you state "Using a company's name or trademark in a way that *** confuse buyers into believing that you or the item is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the trademark owner is both illegal and a violation of our policies." This scammer is not only scamming buyers and sellers on the Poshmark site but is using "YOUR" trademark to victimize people using your site as seen in attachments provided. You have also stated " We take phishing, fraud, and spoofing attempts seriously" in your "How to report phishing/suspicious emails or websites." I have emailed you daily since Oct.29.2023 when this incident happened to only recieve a generated email identical to the email you responded to the BBB with telling me to contact my *********************** With all of no action from you to support your statements it only shows Poshmark "Allows" this type of activity and Poshmark is "NOT" safe for buyers and sellers.

I received an email from Poshmark advising they letting me know that they have removed a listing of mine ( "Apple Air Pods 2nd Generation with Charging Case",because it has been identified as counterfeit and/or authenticity cannot be guaranteed.)I immediately wrote back to ******************************* (since they do not offer phone support to assure them that the product was in fact genuine and asked that they reinstate my listing. I ordered a backpack on Poshmark where the color of the backpack was misrepresented. I reached out to the seller and they agreed to have me return the item. In the process, I accidentally hit accept on the order (which should be a 2 step process). The seller escalated the chat to support and it has been 4 days with little to no help on Poshmarks side. Other than me accidentally hitting accept, this should be a cut and dry situation, especially since the seller is in agreement. I just want to send the item back to the seller and get a refund. Unfortunately, with their email based support system, this is taking longer than expected.Business Response

On 10/17 I had a buyer purchase a pair of shoes, #*****ab9aaf5564cb02c9f2, and Poshmark sent me a mailing label with the buyers incorrect address. The buyer and myself tried to contact Poshmark multiple times to fix the order and have heard nothing! I have tried to call three post offices in ************** to find the shoes but have had no luck. Now the order has been cancelled, remind you after already being shipped, and I cannot find them anywhere nor has anyone contacted me. These are $700 shoes. I have used poshmark many times and customer service seems to only respond to small issues. Ive tracked the shipment once again and it states that the buyer, who remind you cancelled, is trying to re-route the order. This seems like a major scam to me. All I want are my shoes back or ******** to reimburse me for what the buyer paid for them!Business Response

Transaction occurred on 31st October 2023 A case was opened because I received an item that was not as listed and not as described . I received the item that was a completely different size than what was listed. 34F No picture of the label was listed in the description. I receive the item to find that this was not the size the seller listed and the label clearly stated a different size 34DDD to what was listed. This is inaccurate description and incorrect size. 34F is not a 34DDD E comes after D and before F When opened case I uploaded the label to show the size.Poshmark did nothing to resolve this, closed the case within 24 hour and went on the sellers side. Even though the seller had agreed to a refund. How if this fair and is totally against what poshmark advertise as their policy.
