    The business delivered a clothing product from *********** (based overseas) and cut a slit in the package, damaging the clothing inside. It arrived on my door step already slit and I have multiple pictures (one attached). They refuse to take responsibility for the damage, making it difficult for me to receive my refund.

    On 9/14/24 I ordered 2 dresses off of this retailers website. I was scammed out of my money. I received a delivery today that was not the dresses that were advertised that I ordered. This seller is impersonating the designer of these dresses and stealing the pictures off the original designer page and posting the pictures on his website. I emailed and requested a refund also. This seller has a website and no phone number listed for customer service.

    I did email the email listed on the website asking for a refund. The **** packaging the unknown item was sent in is the same tracking number listed in the email but the sender name is different from the company name on the website. The sender on the packaging was listed as Jerry Im

    I saw an advertisement on ******** regarding Amazons overstock inventory and selling boxes on a pallet for $49.99 and up to $69.99 for better option of returned goods in a pallet of boxes.The pictures on the add showed Amazon and many reviews of big boxes received from previous customers. I was anticipating a pallet of boxes from the upcharges made for $69.99.I received a packet from this person with 2 items without any disclosure about what these two items are. I googled the address of the sender and find that this sellers products comes short of what has been disclosed.There is no phone number or contact information for me to respond to this shipment.Please help recover my money and return of these two items due to false advertisement.

    I received a ring from this retailer in my mail which I did not order. There is no explaination for the purpose for this package. I am returning it as undeliverable and will be reporting to the ***. This appears to be a scam.

    On 9-5-24 purchased a sweater and dress online, allegedly from ******. Learned from **** credit card statement that order was transacted via ****** which I did not authorize.     I just received a package from this individual with nothing in it other than an empty ziploc plastic bag. The package has a **** tracking number so I'm concerned it is a scam.

    Business shipped a product that I did not order. No invoice. I searched the return address and this seems to be a common practice of the company and seems to be a brushing scam.I am triple checking all of my account to verify there is no fraud. But from *** read there hasnt been in connection to this company. If I found any I would handle with the card company. I really just wanted to inform the BBB of the scam.

    I dont want anything from this business and I am not providing them my full name and address as I did not order anything. I was merely informing the BBB of their brushing scam practices that quickly show up when you search their business.

    Transaction date was 08/29/24. The spyfocus cameras were highly rated by the company but turned out to be of extremely poor quality. When I try to contact the company they respond with an email that tells you to 'type above this line' which cannot be done. This company and Mr. ******************** Yasfbara are totally dishonest and are cheating customers right and left. I should have searched BBB before purchasing. I would very much appreciate your help with this.

    Didnt order this product. (North Moon, for Women) - some sort of weird smelling spray. Worried it is dangerous.
