    Ordered a replacement battery for my cordless vacuum. Spent $64.78 only to recieve a small package with two ear plugs in it. The order was 113-4562297-1921041 through ****** shopping.

    First- every reply to a complaint by this seller says that they only sell antennas-- BBB should look into why every complaint has the return address of this individual on their package. There is either some one using their name and address or this seller is lying to beat the system. I thought I was buying tour merchandise that had become out of stock at the Twenty One Pilots concert I was attending, the website copied all the material that was being sold in the venue. Once receiving the material I see that is not what was at the concert, not as pictured on the website, is terribly cheaply made, and copies all the Twenty One Pilots imaging without permission. I am not out 120 dollars because this is terrible product and not even legitimate.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    I do not have the means to reach the business owner directly and resolve the issue.  The e-mail address provided on the website is non existent.   I am seeking refund of 119 dollars for the unlicensed, poor quality, copy cat twenty one pilots merchandise that was sent through the address of this business.

    On September 22, 2024 I placed an order with this business; operating as ************. The return address was ***************************************************************. The order contained three tops: 1) ******************************** Painting Printed Irregular Top; 2) Glitter Treble Cleff Gradient Asymmetric Flowy Tunic; 3) Women's Vintage Piano ***************** Print Linen Blend Flowy Tunic. The total amount paid was $70.17. The pictures online are stylish and awe inspiring; the names seem so fitting for the products pictured. The package containing the tops arrived on October 12, 2024. My friend and I were so excited to get our tops; we were wearing them to a jazz concert. I pulled my top out (Glitter Treble Clef) and to both of our surprise the top was neither asymetrical nor had any hint of glitter. In fact it looked as though it was a crop top. Her experience did not give any further comfort since her top (Vintage Piano) fit more like a potato sack and the sleeves did not gather as shown in the website photo. The third top also looked like it was missing material. I reached out to the company on the evening of October 15, 2024 via email at ********************* In my email I asked for an immediate refund and further explained my disappointment in the quality of the items. In addition, I asked for a return lable for the merchandise. Later on that evening I received the following response: Sorry for answer so late, If that please returned that to our warehouse, show us the tracking number and you will get full refund (not contain the shipping charge for back to us ).Our warehouse address:*************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Code:511446 Phone: *************** Contace person: Mr *** The cost of mailing the items to the warehouse address costs more than what I paid for the item and they do not seem to want be accountable. In my eyes the products they are advertising accounts false advertisment.

    Boom box ordered several months ago. Never received item and assumed it never coming. Received item Oct 13 in ***** wrapper, no info enclosed. Cannot trace credit card payment. Item does not work with my phone. Asking for refund. Order may have been placed in wife's name, ***** *****.

    I placed an order on the ******* website for a winter pool cover on Sept ******* with expected delivery date of Oct 2, 2024. When my order did not arrive on Oct 2, 2024 I contacted ******* **************** to let them know I was not aware at the time of my purchase that it would be coming from *****. I only found that information when tracking my package that last update shown the package had gone through customs then was given **** tracking label and turned over to ******* ******* on Oct.1, 2024. No **** tracking information given only showing in transit status. On Oct 5, 2024 I received notice that my order had arrived at my PO box ready for pickup. I went to my PO box there was a padded envelope approx 6"x6" with 2 shirt buttons inside addressed from this business. I did not nor ever ordered from this person and don't know how they have my physical address when I only use PO box for mail but did use my physical address for the ******* order mentioned yet this was addressed to that same physical address but sure post delivered to my PO box without that included in address label stall? This could be just weird coincidence of this strange mailing arriving on same day as an undelivered expected package is not showing delivered but was not available for pickup when I arrived and instead found this envelope with 2 shirt buttons from unknown sender? I really hope this is not my intended ******* order in SCAMMED version! Please refund immediately! I did not receive my pool cover ordered and can't wait any longer, I must reorder immediately from reputable company located in U.S. Thank you. Note: Something very suspicious with this many complaints mirror of one another about this seller/address! Please take action and stop them!

    Your response is the same response that I see you have sent in excess of at minimum 50 complaints prious to mine. How does 1 random address get so many deliveries made from it that you have no knowledge of? Something very suspicious that should want resolved by yourself at some point rather than your generic responses growing in volume constantly and continuously. An investigated rather than complaints should be escalated after such pattern has established so obviously evident of questionable nature involved.

    I received the product (Wizard of Oz knock off **** shoes) in the wrong size. All I want is a refund or an exchange in the correct size. I have not been able to contact the seller. No invoice was sent with this product.

    Ordered by mistake and can not get return authorization form and refund information. None of this information is available with no phone number available to contact them. No order number was given so have nothing to reference. Just received (9-28-2024) with no paper work or invoice. I would put this business as a scam type. Ordered dog training equipment and not what it was said to be.Would like to return at no cost and full refund.
