    On 11/6/2024, I purchased online 3 dog beds, size large for my 3 dogs. After not getting confirmation of my payment and order no. I checked reviews of this company and found that they are scamming people. I emailed them to tell them to cancel order and not ship. Within days they send email saying they were shipping. I again emailed I do not want the beds, I am getting them elsewhere -- they refused to cancel and sent a very small package that could never contain one dog bed let alone. I sent it back RETURN to SENDER -- they sent it back 3X -- I spent $28.00 and sent it Registered mail -- a couple of days later they sent it to me a 4th time.

    I can't attach the charging cable to the phone, it's like I'm trying to attach 2 magnets, they reject each other. Phone is useless because it can't be charged.

    I ordered an Amazon returns box for $61.26. What I recieved was 2 items worth maybe *****. This was grossly misrepresented. There is a set of earbuds and some Made in ***** charging cables. That's it!!!!! I want to be sure that people thinking of getting this "Lucky Box" know that it is a scam. I'm basically embarrassed to get 'taken.

    Ordered two beanies for the coming winter months. One has cuts all over the rolled up part of the beanie which is yellow and adult size. The other is a red beanie and is a small childs size.

    I ordered two handbags from a company called MarbellaClo and they use Jerry Yasfbara for their products and shipping. I ordered the bags on 10/17/2024 and didnt receive them until 11/13/2024. I emailed them that same day as well as 11/17/2024 and 11/19/2024. I have contacted this company several times regarding a return and refund for the products Ive purchased. The items do not look like the photos online and they also came defective. Per their return policy, they offer a full refund for defective items. I have not received any communication back aside from an automated message saying someone would reach out in 2 business days (its been almost a week now). Ive read several reviews online saying this company is a scam. I spent $62.90 on their purses and would like a full refund. Im happy to return the products as they have never been used.

    I received a package addressed to me from Jerry (001)Yasfbara at ****************************************************************. It was not something I had ordered or even did any search anywhere for anything similar to the item. The item was a pack of playing cards with a really bad photo of two women who supposedly got married on 2024/08/01 (that's how the date was printed on this little box the cards came in. It says *************** on the box. There was no info provided except a "thank you for your purchase" and a website that took me to ********* outlook! ************************ Again, I did not order or even see anything like this online. I don't understand why someone would take the time to send me something like this. What are they trying to get out of doing this? I saw at BBB that others have received other items from this person.

    I ordered from two companies on line through *******. When I tried to contact the companies when I did not get the merchandise they did not exist on line. ******* paid these companies without checking if they even existed.

    Ordered a mineral coffee cup from their TokTok shop. The packaging was mangled. The contents of the package were completely fake. The mug had melted burn marks around the bottom, the handle and the top that discolored the mug from the rest of the coloring. The metal insert liner fell out because it had a very tiny amount of glue holding it together that came disconnected from the mug in shipment. This kind of business is the reason why people have distrust when purchasing and I plan to tell every social media network that this company is a fraud.
