    The items delivered were what I ordered and had them sent to my daughter. She was charged $11.10 for postage due; although, I had already paid $4.95for shipping and handling. A terrible SCAM operation.

    I, too, purchased what was supposed to be an icelandic, handmade cardigan sweater from H&Lily website. Received this order a few days ago and it had no label inside except one that said it was 100% polyester and made in C. Emailed what I thought was H&Lily a few times as they offered me various options. I was told that the Return address for a product was overseas and the cost to return would be expensive. I still have the emails. I had to settle on an approximately $6.00 refund for a $54.00 sweater. Donated the sweater.

    I ordered what was supposed to be an Icelandic sweater from a company called ******* and Lily (supposedly an ****************** When I received the tracking email, it said the product was being shipped from *****. I finally received it today. It does not look like the online photo and VERY small. No tags indicating size, fabric content, where made, or laundry instructions. It is made of some weird cheap plastic-y fabric that is coated with some kind of stinky chemical. There was also no info on how to return it if I didn't want it.Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've been burned by ordering online. I probably could have gotten a nicer sweater at *******.

    No stars!! I had to fill in at least one to write a review. Do NOT buy anything from them! I purchased a dress for my daughter off the site , Dear ***** Got a dress but not the one I ordered. Called to return and only got a continual busy signal. Return address is Jerry (001)- Yasfbara **************************************************************. Clearly from reviews this place is a total scam . There is no customer service or even a real human to connect with . The email does not exist either. I emailed and did not receive anything back surprise, surprise! Total scam !!!! Shame on them !!!
