    Received an unsolicited package from JERRY(001)-********************, CA91730? via ***** This item was not ordered by me. When I looked up the sender online, I found several references stating that this company engages in brushing scams. Package was received on 7/8/2024.

    On 6/17/24, I ordered an AIR COOLER that was being advertised online. When I received the item, it was very FLIMSY AND POORLY CONSTRUCTED. You have to fill it with water and wait for it to cool. I immediately notified the company at [email protected] WITH NO RESULTS. I also called their phone number at ************. All you receive is a VOICE MAIL that says that "due to an extreme volume of calls, the consumer will NEED TO REACH THEM BY EMAIL OR LIVE CHAT". i tried to contact them BOTH WAYS and nothing. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE available to answer any questions. I am seriously believing that this company is a FRAUD and a SCAM. Just out to scam the consumers. The package where the product was shipped from is ALSO SUSPICIOUS. The label reads, JERRY (001) -YASFBARA, *****************************************************************************. My banking information states ANOTHER ADDRESS: SHOPIFY.COM, **************************************. So obviously, this company has various partners.

    I ordered braziers but the on the package is different from the size of the braziers inside the package. I am returning them for my refund.

    Bought the dress for my daughter. She didnt like the way it fit and we wanted to return it. This doesnt seem to be a reputable company because I was told to send back to an address in ***** with no guarantee of a refund. Then I was told that I could keep the dress with a ***** percentage off. It is very unsettling that this seems to be a shady operation. The return address on my package is for the address listed in **.

    Ordered three pairs of shoes from insummers.com on ********* Received 1 pair ($29.99) and still waiting for other 2 pairs re and black sandals ($39.99/$19.99 each). The pair received came in a plastic envelope with a return address of Jerry (001)-Yasfbara **************************************************************************
