    June 19, 2024 paid ***** through ****** Item advertised as 25 reproduction ****** silver dollars dated ********* but they only sent the first 5 coins of the series. I didn't know how to reach the company (thought I had thrown out the packaging). I tried through Virkin Int'l but didn't have their address either, so decided recently to try ******. I learned of this company---and offer--from a pop-up ad that I saw several more times in late June 2024.

    Ordered three items on a website called Bannersy. Order #BAN00079893 placed on 11 July 2024. I finally received my order a couple days ago. The order was missing the third item, and the items sent were nothing close to the items ordered. When I attempted to request a return on the website, the email bounced, and there is no other form of contact.     In response to the complaint filed by *************************, I would like to provide an update on the resolution of the issue. We have addressed the customer's concerns as follows:

    A refund of $141.72 was issued on July 26, 2024. An additional refund of $25.99 was processed today, July 31, 2024, to complete the full refund amount of $167.71. We have confirmed that the total refund of $167.71 has been successfully processed, and the customer has been informed of these actions.

    I am sorry but I do not have the date of my purchase it was however in the month of July 2024. I purchased 7 **** bundles the picture on the website showed beautiful real looking ****s. What I received was 7 bundles of junk ****s. I will return these items to them in the original packaging even though it was a mess when I received it. I just want my money back including my postage fees for the return.

    I purchased a Vitality smartwatch from this person. It was advertised as a company. I was led to believe that it was a valid purchase. I received this watch yesterday and it worked for 6 hours. Only by finding the packaging did I find the actual seller, who has not returned my emails. This seller is difficult to find. And is a fraudster. He sells these watches making you believe that Vitality is a company and that his watches are a superior smartwatch for health tracking. I am out $125.10. I cannot recover thru a bank dispute and if I had not found this address, I would have never known where and who actually I purchased this from. His name and address does not appear on any advertisement. There is no corporate address for Vitality smartwatch. Only providing an email to which there is no response. The watch Is fully charged. And it did work, for as I said, 6 hours. I tried to restart and that did not happen as there is no function in any form coming from the watch. I bought this watch as a superior health tracking watch as I have been diagnosed with hypoxia and was advised by my physician to have continuous monitoring of my oxygen levels. I did research as to the best watch to buy for health issues and decided that this watch would best service my health issues. It was a lie and I have been caught in the cross hairs of an ongoing fraud. It is a FRAUD. Anyone thinking of purchasing this smartwatch BEWARE. HE PURPOSELY DOESN'T REVEAL WHO HE IS - SO THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT HIM. THE NAME AND ADDRESS ONLY APPEARS AS A RETURN ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE. YOU HAVE NO IDEA UNTIL YOU GET THE PACKAGE THAT YOU ARE NOT BUYING FROM A MANUFACTURER. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

    I bought what I thought was a genuine GE filter for my refrigerator. What I got was a very carefully crafted counterfeit filter. The unit and even the box made it look like it was from GE. It was in fact a knock off which the refrigerator promptly rejected. They have refunded my money but I want them to be held accountable for selling counterfeit merchandise.

    Ordered shoes with free return shipping and arrived with defects. The loop in the back of one of the shoes ripped and not attached. Wanted to return but no way to contact anyone. Very cheaply made.

    I ordered 2 pairs of shoes that do not fit. I want to return them and get a refund. It is troubling that the only information I have on this order is the shipping label.     Purchased a pair of diabetic shoes June 19, 2024 using PayPal as my payment method. The shoes came and did not fit, did not have a wide toe diabetic box, did not have waterproof leather as advertised. Offered to return the $51.98 purchase by sending them back. Seller offered $8 refund and I was able to keep the worthless shoes (SCAM). I disputed with PayPal and they did NOTHING. PayPal offered no refund. Attached I have my correspondence with PayPal resolution center. I would like to report my problem with the seller as well as PayPal.
