      Terrible experience - I had purchased $1,500 in cards to use towards Christmas gifts but decided to save for a large purchase, when I realized the cards expired BY ONE DAY I reached out to see if there was anything that could be done. After having two different case numbers bounced around for weeks I received a cold email saying there was nothing they could do since the balance expired. Will never be using this company and would not recommend.

      Received a promotional rebate card following an appliance purchase from My **************. The first card was mailed to a completely wrong address. The second card was mailed correctly, but was declined by every merchant, including those merchants they claim to have a "cash back" relationship deal with. After calling and getting a replacement card because the first card was "locked due to suspicious activity" the second card once again was declined at all merchants. I feel this is a scam and would not have picked the appliance I did had the $400 "rebate" not been in place.

      To whom it may concern I received a Wellness card with restrictions I try to use card at place the it said online but it wouldn't work It was super embarrassing getting declined in front of merchant places. I have never I never experienced this much frustration with a prepaid card, Horrible, horrible services.I end up talk to a supervisor **** that change the card out for another one to avoid file a BBB review. I try the new card at Gas station it said Approval then it didnt work anymore. I called the number to see what happen and was told the is a block for 7/10days because you have to use it at a cashier at the gas station who will know that . I am still waiting on my funds Horrible, horrible services I will never do business with this place and will tell my job not so business with you guys. We have other Employees experiencing the same thing.

      They issue cards for some sort of settlement won. Then they block the card after one time usage then make it extremely difficult not to unblock it but to give you a replacement which is bull. It's just a tactic tic if there is no activity on card they charge you a fee, I consider this a way of stealing legally

      I had received a payout from a class action lawsuit about a year ago or so, without even realizing it. I located the email and redeemed the virtual card. Then my browser crashed and I was unable to retrieve the card info again. So I tried to use the feature on their website that tells you to enter your email address that's associated with the virtual card and that it'll bring up a link for you to view the virtual card and all the information in regards to it. I attempted to do that and there was an error message and it asked me to call customer service. Called customer service, told them what's going on. They told me I needed a tracking number in order for them to locate the card because they couldn't locate it normally. So I tried to find the tracking number for the card there wasn't one in the email, I tried to contact the administrator of the payouts for the lawsuit, only to read on their website that there are no tracking numbers associated with this lawsuit payout for some reason, I don't understand why or how but that's beyond me. So I guess my payout is just lost in the ether now and I'm basically screwed. If I had a choice I would never do business with these people again.

      Blackhawk are thieves.. they stole all my juul settlement funds. They locked my card after i added it to my western union account. I gave them details that shows the card is mine but they refuse.. all my 3,343 is stolen by this company.. i warn you not to use this fake company. They are thieves

      This service is a complete scam. I was issued a stored valued credit card from a class action lawsuit. The balance was a very odd amount ($13.39). There is really no way to use this odd amount so I tried to purchase a gift card, since the current stored value card has a very short expiration date. Well that is apparently against policy. Since this is not a physical card, I can't use it at a store. So unless I can find the rare online vendor willing to split transactions, there appears to be no way for me to use this card. **************** is worthless. They closed out my help request without I would strongly recommend others avoid using this service at all costs.

      I will go "no stars"! I purchased an e-gift card through ****, which is ran by this company. They took my money from my account, send me a link for an e-gift card. I sent the link to the recipient and the gift card link does not work! Such a scam. I tried reaching out and they keep saying that there was a problem with processing, and I would have to wait! So embarrassing to purchase a gift for someone, and have them reach back out to say the link does not work! They took my money from my account, and now they are stringing me along!
