      Terrible terrible. I tried linking my prepaid card to ****** to be able to split an online transaction so I could use up the small unusable amount of $ on my prepaid cards from this company but it block my cards and locked them. When I contacted them they issued a new card and told me I should be able to link it to ******. It didnt work same thing locked the new card up. I put in a complaint and got an email response saying the issue was resolved. You know how its resolved its said the card doesnt work with ****** thats how. Even though I was able to split payments with their prepaid cards 2 other times in January 2025. Now it doesnt do that, not sure if its just my new card or all their cards since they get emails to do their customer servicing for them instead of a person reaching out to me. In full disclosure I did get ****** and sent some aggressive angry fowl language responses. Still havent heard from them but Im thinking of reporting them to the better business bureau. They are a scam cause you cant use the small remaining balances on the cards unless the online transaction is the same or less than the amount on the card. Splitting a transaction on ****** allowed one to use that small amount left on the prepaid card up. Otherwise the card would expire and where does that small balance on the prepaid card go? To the company. Now they dont allow ****** use since users can split a transaction and use all that balance up. They want you to just forget about that money and let them take it. You signed terms of agreement for them to basically commit legal theft.

      Was told the gift card was sent last week, so far nada. Been an ongoing issue for over a month. Funny they have my email address but can't forward the information concerning the gift card. (Weird)
