1 starThis company is terrible!! We bought 2 amazon Gift cards from Tantallon Superstore back in december. The cards dont work , because they were used on Amazon before we purchased them. We have gone to Tantallon Superstore and contacted Amazon too. All you do is say oh the cards are good and closed our file. Those cards are not good ,, We want our money back. That **** dollars was needy by our family members ,, how the heck do we get it back . We are going to make sure everyone knows how bad this company is to deal with ,, I have read the reviews and its not looking good at all for your company.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

1 starThe Run Around So thankful for the BBB maybe posting my issue here will stop this run around - I received 2 gifts cards awhile back and they dont expire until ****. I tired each card at different location listed on the front of the cards. I was told the cards are active try again. What tha what? The cards are magically not redeemable thru the website. Now Im so disappointed about this experience with these bootleg cards. I was not going to waste gas going to these locations so I attempted to place and order with Macys since they are listed on both cards. Shocker cards were not excepted. I sent everything to BHN **************** which included snapshot of the error message. They requested my phone number and a time to call, why? Im still waiting. It aint over!!!!02/14/2023 It aint over - Went to Macys store about 20 miles out of the way. The first card was declined then swiped again then was approved. The second card was declined not once, not twice but three times. Once the conversation started customers and staff had nothing nice to say about these cards. Doing the holiday, they say customer get ****** at them for the cards declining. Oh yes, I submitted pictures of the transaction and the DECLINE! Im beyond the frustration and embarrassment of waiting and wondering if this card will be declined. Ive had a total of 3 cards decline and only one getting approved. I know Im not the only person getting decline so how many of these cards are declined then toss in the trash. So yes, I complained since once again I'm being told to do something else. Yes, gas is high and the store is out of the way. That part she got correct. I feel by telling me this TIME that in order to use the cards I have to go to a physical location magical. Really all caps what a great customer service.The gift that never gives"! 1 starBEAWARE: mcgift.giftcardmall.com. DO NOT These prepaid cards are being stolen days after purchased. Historically repeated offenses.Crooked people need to stop. On 1/16/2023 I tried using a $200 prepaid MasterCard given to my daughter from a children's illness support organization. Purchased in ********** ** 10/10/22 and was used in ** Grocery 10/23/22. I am so upset for her. How horrible these thieves are stealing prepaid cards when purchased. Trying to get a human at this company is impossible! I guess I should have been more clear on my complaint. Its not a refund I am looking for. Its a warning to other customers that there is history from many that after activation, the card is stolen and used by person other than one the one that has the card in their hands. Blackhawk has repeated history with all their gift cards being issued, purchased by persons and then compromised by thiefs!I wish you could please investigate this as my complaint, not the refund.Review fromTatyana B

1 starHorrible customer service. Response time is horrible. Emails will get completely ignored. Then by the time you get a response they cant help you and say theres no exceptions and they cant do anything. Looks like a copy/paste email they send to everyone regardless of the matter. I messaged this company months ago about issues with a card that took months to be issued in the first place, then never got a response. I never had the card details just an email saying it was ready for use, but it never worked. It was only a virtual card that showed the last 4 numbers. I couldnt login to check the card because it didnt have the numbers or any details. No CVC OR EXPIRATION. I kept emailing with no reply. I eventually gave up. Then finally months later I get a reply after emailing again and they tell me the card is expired, I never even used it or could use it. My own money. Ridiculous.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

1 starThis company is worthless, I had unauthorized charges on my card and it's taking a month and a half to get a new replacement card. As of yet, I still don't have a replacement card. I have over $2000 in my account that I can't use because I don't have a new card. Every time I call in to speak with their customer service department no one seems to know where my new card is. 1 starSo predatory. They make it nearly impossible to do anything on the website. I had several cards. When I'm actually ABLE to log in, there's nothing displayed anymore I lost all that money. You sign pages of agreements to use the site, all of which are very difficult to read on a cellphone. You can't check anything without signing in and 90% of the time, it rejects your password. If a card expires, shouldn't that card still appear in your account as expired? I have no way to check anything because it's all been wiped from my account. This company is vile. 1 starI received a $200 gift card from my employer. Went to use it and it would not let me.Called the number on the back and they said it has a zero balance as an unauthorized purchase was made. I never took this card out of my wallet, so how can this happen. I have had to jump through hoops in hopes that I can my money back. Sent all documentation they needed and received an email today saying they have no documentation. It looks like seeing these reviews, I am not the only one. 1 starThis company Is a fraud, phony, and SCAM. After getting a giftcard for Christmas which was an "egiftcard" and activating it, I went in to check the balance and it told me I already used my giftcard. I knew right when I opened it that would be be a headache to redeem. If your getting a loved one a giftcard, go to the store and get the physical card or gift money. 1 starTotal scam artists. For years I have been buying $50 gift cards for Hot Topic and Box Lunch during the holidays because they offer a free $10 gift card when you buy a $50 gift card. This year I purchased a $50 gift card from each vendor again. I received the Box Lunch $10 bonus gift card but did not receive the $10 Hot Topic bonus gift card. This fraudulent company has refused to honor the deal. I called the day after the purchase and was told by a supervisor that I shouldve received it. She said you just needed to escalate it. Several weeks later I still didnt have the card and hadnt heard back. Called today and was told they werent going to send the gift card I was owed. Thats bait and switch. I reported this scam to my credit card company and the vendor Hot Topic. This is fraud. For years I bought gift cards though them but will never do so again. 1 starDO NOT BUY THE CARDS & DO NOT SIGN UP YOUR BUSINESS TO ACCEPT THEM! I have been accepting them for 5 years at my Spa. They stopped working and customer service is a joke. They are telling businesses that they need to use the same POS that they signed up with. We have never changed our POS system. When you call customer service you are transferred over and over and have to re-explain the entire scenario all over again, just to get someone that doesn't speak English well enough to understand you, force you to re-explain again and again, and then you are told someone will get back to you. NO ONE WILL CALL YOU BACK.
