      I had some issues with not being able to add my digital card to my wallet. Customer service was able to get a new card issued. There was an ID verification needed, but I appreciate that for extra security. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the resolution to my issue.

      They kept deflecting and passing the responsibility on to someone else. I was lied to and ignored for almost two weeks (and counting) with no answer or compensation. I was initially told I would receive my rebate virtually gift card two hours after I paid off my phone and switched to xfinity. I paid over $200 to pay it off and they GUARANTEED (and I have the chat logs to prove it) that I would have my virtual $200 card in my email account within 2 hours! I NEED that money and had I know they were LYING and wouldnt get my money right back to me I wouldnt have switched over. These people are playing with peoples money and livelihood and thats an unsafe game to play for many reasons. Were all already struggling out here and they make you jump through hoops to get you the money youre ENTITLED! I am beyond ****** off and continue to be lied to and havent received my money.

      Customer service helped me restore a forgotten gift card which had expired. I appreciated the intervention which saved me $100. I was disappointed that it was a virtual card. It can be used but not like a physical card.
