      I have not been able to use my laptop for 3 days. HP SUPPORT has had multiple cases and the issue keeps happening. I have been trouble shooting the same steps over and over with no resoulution. HP is staing it will take over 10 business days to repair my laptop. A warranty that requires you to spend multiple days trouble shooting and then over ********************************** a position where they will be required to buy a new machine. This is a non-functional warranty with inept people who won't take responsability. I just need a functional laptop, and am now out 3 days of work and maybe 15 or so more. What choice have they given me excpet to buy a new one? I read online that they have a driver issue for WIFI-so there s**** up is now a huge problem for me they won't resolve.

      I ordered a Hewlitt Packard cable (item number 8121-0868) in November. It finally just came due to being back-ordered. They sent me the wrong item. It was supposed to be 6 feet long and it is about 2 feet. I called, with great difficulty getting through, today, and even though I read the order number and item number directly off the invoice, they had no idea what I was talking about. Then, after 20 minutes on the phone with them, repeating all the numbers multiple times, my line was disconnected.Now I'm stuck with the wrong item, paid $48.10, and have no recourse.

      I replaced my previously aged HP printer with an updated one over a year ago. Of course HP pushes you to sign up for their instant ink program. So I did. Well after a year I realized the monthly cost simply was not justified for the amount I printed. I have multiple instant ink cartridges at home, a package they sent to me automatically and another set sent prior to the automatic shipment because alas I was out of ink and no auto shipment was every received. The whole purpose of this monthly subscription. So an agent rushed me a shipment overnight while the automatic shipment was in a slower transit. Fast forward to current state. I cancelled my monthly subscription since I simply do not print enough.Now the instant ink that I paid for on a monthly basis no longer works with the printer because of my cancellation. Ridiculous. So I quickly order some ink from Amazon to be delivered same day. That product wont work because its not HP ink. It tells me the cartridges are incompatible. Mind you it is compatible because it used those incompatible cartridges to literally print me error reports. HP is forcing me to only use their product. But wont let me use their product I have on my desk that Ive already paid for for over a year because Im not currently paying. This is absolutely unacceptable and my previous HP printer never had this issue. I know there is a way to bypass the cartridge protection that allows you to use off brand cartridges and Ive followed those steps and it still wont allow me to print an entire job. I got one page printed and then it followed up with the error report. This is how brands lose customers. I choose what I pay for, not HP. I need ink yesterday and will only find it acceptable that HP send me cartridges that replace the six cartridges that are full sitting here that are incompatible because Im no longer paying a monthly fee.

      Billing dates: July 2022 - February 2023 Billing amount: $4.99 monthly I subscribed to instant ink last year and the ink never printed. Each time I attend to print only blank pages were provided. I made 5 attempts to contact HP to troubleshoot and HP failed to resolve my issue. I decided to cancel subscription and HP initially promised to credit my card for the erroneous charges but changed their mind. I requested to speak with a manager, **** (case *************) and she indicated that the offer to credit my card was no longer available. **** failed to empathize, with my ordeal. I spent several hours trying to resolve this problem.**** was dismissive and refused to help me. Finally I was able to cancel after 6 months of failed attempts. HP has yet to credit my card and still billed me again in February! I attached some of my communications with HP where I requested to cancel my subscription.

      The *** drive on my laptop has stopped working. I have a warranty with ** until February 4, ****, but the ** website lists the warranty as expired because it lists an older laptop that is no longer in use. I have contacted ** many times to ask them to update the information, but ** does nothing at all to honor the warranty. If the expiration date is incorrect, the website will not assist me in finding a solution for repairing my laptop. I have seen that they make it next to impossible to reach a human being to get things done and I need help now, but obviously, they don't care. If they continue to refuse to correct the information, they leave me with no way to make a repair under the warranty and that is not fair Their customer service is deplorable and I regret that I bought from them. In the future, I will buy from a more reputable company.

      This company is not letting me use my printer due to a subscription that I requested to have cancelled in January. Back then I paid to avoid inconvenience but I noted for them to cancel the subscription. They never did and now they are preventing me from printing which is inconvenient for my business. My printer will not print and the reason it's giving me is until I make a payment, I am not allowed to use my printer. I have provided screenshots of this reason and the conversation with *******.

      On January 20, 2023, I purchased an HP Officejet 200 Mobile Printer with order number H352979959. The printer was supposedly shipped on January 23, 2023, and delivered on January 26, 2023. ***** allegedly delivered the package without requiring a signature, but I never received it. On January 31, I emailed HP to ask if anyone had activated the printer since I hadn't received it. On the same day, ****** sent me a canned response about checking my surroundings, neighbors, and housemates. On February 3, I replied that I hadn't seen anything, but I never heard back. Having attempted to get a replacement but failed, Im only interested in getting a full refund as I have already purchased a canon printer from Amazon, which *** delivered. I have attached the email that corroborate my claim. Please refund the $422.65 for the missing package.

      I am rejecting this response because:  Hi, thanks for your update and help.  A person did contact me this week.  But, nothing has been done so far.  He said he still does not know if it will be approved to fix the computer from the errors they created after HP Updates.  So, no, to date, I have no commitment, no time frame, nothing from HP to fix these issues they created.  The computer still crashes, freezes, & very slow after those HP Updates.  Nothing has changed at all to date.

      I'm extremely furious with how bad customer service has been with helping with repairs, i've been an HP customer for over 20 years, over 400 **s/laptops purchased and never had this bad of customer service in my life. I started a case over 4 month ago and it's been nothing but back and forth emails troubleshooting the ** to figure out why it's overheating. They end up sending someone to my house which stated very clearly that the ** is overheating and needs a new case. It was a known issue for the 30L OMEN specially with ones with 3080/3090. the ** gets so loud when i'm trying to record videos and i just can't record anything of quality due to how loud it gets, only way i can use it is when i open up the case with a fan blowing on it so it can keep cool. They end up calling me to tell me they don't believe the tech they THEY SENT is right and want to look at it. Remember THEY sent the tech guy to my house, this isn't someone i brought here to look at it. I ended up sending the desktop to HP for another test, the tech called me to tell me that yes your ** is running really hot and that's with no applications on it. I then get an email when the tech guy told me somone would call me. the email just stated that the desktop will be returned to me because no issue was found on the **. The ** was then packaged and shipped back to me without anyone talking to me or trying to resolve the issue. The issue remains, the ** runs extremely hot and isn't usable. both techs told me this is a KNOWN ISSUE with 30Ls and hp was not able to fix this under their warranty. i'm done with this company and will make sure everyone of my over **** million business followers learn more about hp and how they treat their customers.
